I had a new patient visit scheduled, but needed to call the emergency on call dentist for help before my visit. Dr.Stafford called me back promptly and got me an earlier appointment. Everyone was very kind, patient, and communicated clearly. If the office misses your call, you receive a text that you can reply to. Office staff reply to these texts very quickly! Overall, this office has made me feel welcomed and heard, which is very much appreciated.

When I walked into Newport Family and Cosmetic Dentistry for the first time, I was impressed by the high ceilings and the natural light coming in. The decor is eclectic and uplifting. The water wall in the waiting area is so soothing. Reception was very welcoming and friendly, yet refreshingly professional. I waited less than five minutes and received a thorough interview and the best cleaning I’ve ever had with Stephanie. Afterwards, Dr. Pannes came in and greeted me warmly, and gave took the time to get to know a bit about me and my dental history. This was followed by a very thorough and complete exam and game plan for my dental care moving forward. I’m definitely staying!

The staff and help desk people are super nice. I really appreciate your behavior with people. Also, the kind of environment that you made like clean, calm and beautiful is just wonderful. It was really peaceful. Thanks alot??
