All staff at Newcastle Smile Dental Centre are friendly and helpful. I am able to call or text to book appointments for my family and they are able to accommodate our busy schedules. The receptionists helped me reschedule appointments when needed and are knowledgeable with our benefits. Taking my boys for their first dentist experience was positive because the hygienist made it fun!! I am so glad we switched dentist offices when we moved because I have learned a lot!!!! The staff at Newcastle Smile Dental Centre take their time to explain and listen to their patients. They are very clean and organized. The staff check in on you when they are performing dental work and explain steps as needed. Going to the dentist is as enjoyable as it could be because of the amazing team!

Dr. Brendan and his team are really wonderful! After moving out here I decided it was time to look for a new dentist and I am really happy I found Newcastle smile dental. Everyone is super kind and Dr. Brendan himself is extremely friendly and clam and knowledgeable. If you have dental anxiety or are simply looking for a new dentist, give them a try :)

Very personable. Very nice change from my last dentist as going there felt more of a business. The hygienists are friendly and very good at what they do. Both my daughters (aged 7 and 12) had a good experience with no complaints at all. They walk you through everything, not pushy and make sure you fully understand any procedures (cleaning and fillings) before they go through with them. I highly recommend Newcastle Smile!

Moved to new area , google searched for nearest dental location and I found the best one. Excellent customer service. Friendly and Welcoming Staffs, Receptionists and dental professionals greet patients warmly and make them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. They call you by name ( very impressed ) Staff clearly explain procedures, treatment options, and costs, ensuring i understand their care and feel informed. The clinic values patients' time by adhering to scheduled appointment times and minimizing wait times. Dental professional ( Dr.Brendan and Kiran ) show empathy and patience, especially for anxious patient like me making efforts to ease my fears. After treatment, Dr.Brendan called me to follow up to check on’ recovery. Most importantly A clean, well-organized clinic with comfortable seating enhances the overall patient experience.. I absolutely love this dental office! They are so kind and compassionate. I have been to many dental offices and I can say this is the best one I have been to. Dr. Wong is my dentist and he is amazing! He is very kind and patient. He is very thorough and explains everything to me. I have had many procedures done by him and he always makes sure I am comfortable. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a new dentist.
