It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Pam and Zoe were phenomenal. I didn't feel like I went to the dentist. The reception was amazing and the cleaning was surprisingly painless. Excellent customer service, if you've ever been traumatized going to the dentist, you may want to try Newcastle Dental, they'll give you a soothing feel. You'd never want to miss your next appointment!

The communication between the dental team and myself was very helpful and very calming. Reception staff Deanna is always pleasant .Pam was able to clarify my benefit situation as well to ensure that there was no added stress. I knew what to expect during and after my procedure. Very much enjoyed my visit as per usual. The receptionists are fabulous and keep me up-to-date with my reminders.Thank you. Zoe is my hygienist.She is amazing. I highly recommend Zoe give her a try.

They over charge for cleaning. When asked why did you over charged, they mentioned it took 45 minutes for cleaning and I am 100% sure that it never took more than 30 minutes. They say that I don’t have to worry about it as I am covered under two insurance companies. Does it mean that they are send invoice for double the money to take out from my insurance limit. I should let my insurance know about this.

As an adult terrified of dental work (I'm way worse than a child) and needing a tooth pulled I really was uncertain and scared. The dentist here is the best. Kind and patient. Gentle, No pain at all. They took wonderful care of me, even through me being a pain of a patient with my anxiety. From the receptionists to dentists this is an amazing clinic.
