Today has been the best experience I have ever had at the dentist. I received two small fillings without a needle. It took less than ten minutes. Dr. Lana did an amazing job. 10/10 recommend! Thank you so much Dr. Lana.
Stay away!! Everytime we get a quote, we always get a call telling us they need more money. I had that experience with my implant. I was given a price, then got a call, days before my appointment and told that I had to pay more. I called back and asked for a manager. The manager was also confused but said she'd check on it. The manager never called back or even addressed the confusion. The day of my appointment I was told that I had to pay that additional expense. I told them, many times before any of this happened, that I could get my full scan cheaper with another dentist, I was told that they would give me the scan for no cost. So the day of the procedure, I was directed to one of their associates, she repeated that the fee was expected. I told her that I had discussed this with a manager and explained to her again about the cost. The girl walked away and when she came back she said to me "you have been given the cost amd we are no longer going to discuss it." I didn't pay and foolishly went on with the appointment. I should have walked away that day, I guess they realized their mistake because the girl told Dr. Monet that my bill was satisfied. I never received an apology for being spoken to in that manner. Dr. Monet is horrible and the staff from Dr. Faye to the bottom have awful bedside manners. On top of the no pain meds when you have a raging infection in your jaw, this place sucks!! In pain for 13 days, lost 2 pants sizes. My husband was told that he needed a deep cleaning and Dr. Faye was asked "why the full price when I only have half of my teeth?" Dr. Faye stands strong with this issue. I had even talked Terry into that cleaning amd yet again, days before they want more money. Dr. Faye refused my husband to have his two free cleanings a year, saying it would be a waste of his time. Dr. Faye only works Wednesdays and Monet is off every Monday, leaving scheduling appointments almost impossible. You should read your reviews, so many of us are unhappy, it's not the patients, it's the entire office. If I could leave 0 stars I sure would.
Run away from this place as fast as possible. You’ve been warned. Literally they rescheduled my 19 year old daughters implant 3 times now. Was supposed to be May 2. Now they just called to say the need to reschedule her for after July 2nd. Her appointment was tomorrow. They only need to screw the tooth in. They literally made us pay in full months ago. First cancel they never ordered implant. Called us day before appt. 2nd cancel implant was to big, this time we haven’t gotten a reason because nobody will answer the phone. I personally had an appt for 2 small cavities to be filled. Appt was 11:15. Called me in at 11:25 then I sat in the chair until 11:45. Nobody came in. I then stood at the doorway to the room until 12 noon and that is when I went up front and said I was leaving. The front lady look me dead in the eye and said I completely understand. Another weird thing is after 3 different hygienists I finally seen the same one twice. I’ve had 3 different dentists as well. Just a poorly run practice. First guy just moved from CT after a divorce. 2nd lady yelled at me for refusing X-ray before cleaning. I refused because I had 2 X-rays done 2 months prior because i was having issues with the crown they put in. Rarely does anyone answer the phone. We called back 5 times to reschedule our daughter for implant. Every 10 minutes. Always get the answering machine. Unreal.
An amazing experience with an almost zero wait time. My hygienist is truly awesome. The office is very clean and free of clutter. They provide a very comfortable environment for me to receive high quality dental care. Everyone is very courteous and professional. It’s actually a pleasure to visit this dentist office!
Apparently, the "New Concept" at New Concept Dental is to book patients to capacity and then assign whichever hygienist and Dentist that are available each day to whatever patients are booked. Personally, I like to having the same hygienist and Dentist for each visit for obvious reasons but for my last 2 appointments I was surprised with strangers for providers, even though I requested preferred providers at each time of scheduling. I left voicemail messages on 2 separate occasions to offer feedback but did not receive a reply. However, I did receive a voicemail message to confirm my new appointment...so they are not interested in hearing feedback from clients but will go out of their way to make sure you are coming for your appointment. Nice. Treating patients like commodities. I'm looking for a new provider.
