Nevada OMS - Dr. Michel Daccache & Dr. Spencer Armuth

I am 62, and I had my wisdom tooth pulled yesterday by Dr. Spencer. He was very careful abt my BP, my heart, my health. I chose to go to sleep and it was the best decision I have made - he was worth every penny. His staff was very kind too. I woke up and no pain, no traumatic felling. Throughout the day I slept a lot, which is good to form that blood clot nicely. Today, I feel it a little bit like 10% today, nothing I can’t handle it, but the hole is already closing. I highly recommended him. Wow! I have had some experiences with dentists and he is by far the best one I have ever been. No doubt.

If I could give Dr. Daccache a higher star count, I would. My husband and I both had multiple extractions and bone graphing under sedation. Dr Daccache has a gift. No pain meds needed post op and fast healing. He’s personable before the surgery and doesn’t rush you into the operating chair. I will recommend him to anyone I encounter needing oral surgery.

I went there for a consultation regarding my wisdom teeth. They called me the day before my appointment to reschedule. I reschedule to a time that is good for them under the stipulation that I must leave within an hour of the appointment time. I went to the appointment and they did not see me within an hour of that time. In my opinion this is completely unacceptable behavior and I feel the need to warn others.

This morning at 7:00am I had an appointment to get the remainder of my wisdom teeth pulled out. I walked in with and the lady at the front desk who welcomed me and even held the door for me as I was walking in. The customer service at the desk was great! When I went to the back the tech that takes the x-rays was even friendly as well. Then when the doctor came in and explained everything to me he even mentioned that I didn't need to get my teeth pulled, I was amazed with his honesty because you just don't get that anymore! He gave me the option to do the surgery, so I decided to go with the procedure since that is what my dentist recommended me to do for many years. Everything was done so quickly and professional, I was so impressed! Dr. Spence Armuth went through every detail with me to make sure I understood how after the procedure would be, that I would be in pain after and he prescribed what I needed.Thank you to the whole staff at Nevada OMS! You guys have no idea how I am so afraid of any kind of Dentist and you guys made sure to make me feel comfortable!! ????

Dr. Daccache and his staff were extremely helpful and informative during my first visit. I had a couple of my wisdom teeth extracted out of the country, which resulted in a nerve complication. Dr. Daccache provided me with his sincere recommendation on what the next step should be and I feel confident with the decision. The office and staff are very welcoming! I’ll be back to get the rest of my wisdom teeth extracted with the confidence I’ll walk away without any complications. Thank you Dr. Daccache!
