I recently visited Neola Dental, and I am beyond impressed with the overall experience. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, making sure all my needs were met and that I felt comfortable during my visit. Dr Contreras and her team did an amazing job relieving my tooth pain in minutes. The office looks brand new and all the equipments are very modern. I will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends! Anyone seeking top-notch dental care in a beautiful and comfortable setting. Excellent experience! From the moment I walked through the door I felt welcomed. I was taken back on time for my appointment and was treated with kindness and respect throughout my time there. Each step was explained to me as we went along and pricing/insurance coverage was explained before any procedures were completed. The assistant and the dentist were very knowledgeable and they have some pretty cool tech to help you understand your dental hygiene. Overall this experience was a 10/10. I had an emergency situation with a bad tooth. Dr. Contreras and staff saw me right away and resolved my problem (root canal and crown). It is hard to express how caring and professional she and her staff are. They made me feel welcomed, comfortable and valued. Neola Dental is a private practice with the latest equipment. I highly recommend Dr. Contreras and her wonderful staff.
