National Dental Williston Park

I walked in and the service was welcoming. Beautiful place, by tye time I sit down they called me. The person that get me ready was very nice and friendly ☺️. Doctor K was the best dentist I have in a long time. She doesn't keep you waiting. She kept you informed of how surgery was going every step of the way. Best service ever.

Procedure went extremely well. Staff and dentist were receptive to my needs and questions. It’s been 24 hours since the last step in the procedure was completed and I am extremely pleased with the results thus far.

Every experience I have I am taken In right away no waiting. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. They work fast and efficient!

They are awesome!!! Dr K is the best dentist I ever had. Noelle the receptionist is very nice, too.It’s quite a hike from my house but I don’t mind going there for an awesome service ☺️

I had a very bad experience today at this clinic. Not only that the scheduled final step of 2 dental crown implant placement was not carried out today, I was accused of deleting my phone messages by the dental receptionist who insisted that she left multiple phone messages telling me that the scheduled implants won’t take place today and they need to re-scan my missing teeth because the previous scan they did on me 2 weeks ago was rejected by the outside independent laboratory. I asked why I wasn’t informed of this situation before hand. I immediately showed her my cell phone and it has only one phone lag on May 22 from National dental of Williston Park when the lady told me on the phone that today’s appointment will be pushed back 30 minutes later but nothing was mentioned about re-scanning. The worst part here is the dental clinic employee made me look like a liar and challenged me to write a bad review whatever I wanted to write. After the re-scanning was done, all the employees were in hiding and only a newbie clerk was left in the reception desk to made my follow up appointment. Not knowing that I am a physician practicing in NY for over 40 years, the newbie clerk has to explain to me the unfortunate incident. No apologies were provided by the higher position employees of the clinic. Nothing was mentioned about the mistake they did by NOT informing me ahead of time that the final dental implant step is not going to happened today because the previous dental scan was rejected by the laboratory. Too bad I cannot discontinued the remaining dental service with this clinic because I have already FULLY paid more than $4500 for the 2 dental implants. ??. Stay away from this clinic by all means??????. The dental clinic employees should learn to come clean with their mistakes and not to put blame on their patients instead. I will not recommend anyone to this dental clinic at all.
