My grandson comfortable during his visit.Than you!I failed to mention, I had a difficult time locating a dentist that would do a root canal on my 16 yr old grandson that another dentist had already done, in addition to, insurance. This office got us in with no problem. Everyone was very nice and accommodating!Thank you!!!

He did a root canal on the affected tooth. He and his assistant were kind and conscientious during the process.The bad:- My insurance claim was submitted in a way that required my insurance company to send all of the $$ to the dental office, even though I paid the full amount myself when I had my root canal. Took nearly 3 months for me to finally get the money I was owed, as I would call the front office and they would seem confused about the situation, promise to call me back and then just not do it. They stated they would mail me what I was owed at one point and , after I had waited 9-10 days and made multiple more calls to get an answer, I discovered that they had not put anything in the mail. Had to drive 20-ish miles to get the $ I was owed.Overall, an experience that started positively ended poorly due to insurance claim issues and an apparent inability by the front office to follow through or follow up with patients. I am honestly not certain if they ever would have gotten me my reimbursement $ if I had not devoted time to making multiple phone calls and essentially badgering the front office until I got an answer and my reimbursement.
