Nashville Dental Center

Was initially pleased with the service, but when I experienced an emergency, I was abandoned. No help, no appointment, no referral, no advice, no interaction at all. Not even a phone call. Complete abandonment. For patient care, it's the same as no dentist at all.

Always clean and professional. This facility is very friendly and the dentist herself is the best. She knows her work and has a great personality. I hate the waiting list is long but it’s worth the wait.

Do not waste your time here. They mest up my husband crown. They keep telling us the insurance lady will call him to do a refund but nothing has happen. I will be getting in touch with a lawyer and call my insurance aswell. They just robbed people!

I did not enjoy and appreciate my days here at this dentist office. Doctor is incredibly rude and the dental hygienists literally hurt you in the process. It’s as if they’re just playing around with your teeth… Once they tried charging my mom 1,300 while the dentist office I now go to only charged 300. They just want money. Ideal Dental I go to now is in Smyrna, it’s amazing!!

The staff was amazing as always and my doctor is down to earth. That’s why I will continue to go there no matter what area I move in.

I'm scared of needles in my mouth, so I don't go to the dentist like I should. The doctor and techs really made me feel comfortable and calm. I will recommend anyone who is afraid of going to the dentist, to go to Nashville dental center. I'm all smiles 😊❤️. Clean feeling.

The dental hygienist did not do a good cleaning at all. I was told that I needed 3 fillings and was quoted $150 for it. I did not feel welcomed here and the energy was just off. I went and got a second opinion about the fillings and was told that there are no cavities seen and no dental work needed to be done.. smh. So this clinic was going to get over on me and I was going to be out of unnecessary money.
