Best dental office I’ve ever been to! The lady at the front desk is so kind, patient and sincere. Both doctors and hygienists I’ve seen have been understanding, non judgmental and gentle. Amazing dental assistants as well. I’m awful at storing names in my brain but honestly amazing staff all around. They accommodate whatever feels right for your treatment plan and aren’t pushy at all. Thank you for making going to the dentist an enjoyable experience!

So when we first started coming here, the place was great. All of a sudden, it’s been terrible. Scheduling sucks. I have a family of 4 that currently goes there and they are ALWAYS altering our appointment times without any notification. You don’t receive notice of the new appointment time until the SAME day. How does this office think people just have time to accommodate to their schedule when we schedule a specific time on purpose but it gets changed without notification. People work or have school, and should be notified any time an appointment has changed even if it is 15-30 minute difference. Terrible. Don’t go here.

Was suppose to go in to fix a couple chipped/cracked teeth, but was in need of a cleaning due to moving out of state in just a few days. I was able to communicate via text message, with timely responses, and they were able to reschedule me and then immediately fit me in. The hygienist was very professional, down to earth, personable, and did a fantastic job! The cute Hispanic girl at the desk was super polite & kind, had cool nails (lol), and was very professional as well! If I wasn’t moving, I’d be going back! 10/10 recommend

The Doctors and hygienists are all amazing. However, I wish I could say the same about the receptionist. I tried to pay my portion of the bill in cash and she did not have any change. She wanted me to go over to Market Basket to get change. A bit of an attitude as well. Regardless. I love this place.

The experience and staff here are amazing and helpful. Everyone is so nice. I’m only rating 3 stars because every time I call, no one answers. I’m just left sitting there listening to the “on hold” music. Even when it says I’m the only caller, I still receive no answer. As soon as I hang up, I receive a text stating they are assisting other patients and if there’s anything they can assist me with. I text back and get a response immediately. As much as I appreciate the option to text, I would rather talk to someone over the phone. It is hard trying to set up an appointment through text, especially when I have limited available days. I don’t like the back and forth when trying to set up an appointment through text. It’s rather frustrating.
