NARA Dental Clinic

I do not understand the negative reviews?! My children and I have been coming here for 6 1/2 years and they have never been anything but kind, respectful and helpful! The care my children received has always been gentle backed by patience. I would not listen to the negative reviews and give NARA dental a shot.

I made them my dentist through OHP after moving to Portland because of their reviews. I have peridontal disease and need a cleaning. Everytime I call they say they need to "veify my insurance". and say I neber called. Its been about a month and they keep doing it... and noone else with good ratings seems to accept ohp, dont know why their ratings are high, look elsewhere if you really need a dentist

I'm blown away by how compassionate and caring the staff is here. They made me feel so comfortable and made me feel like they genuinely care about my wellbeing. I had the complete opposite experience at another dental clinic (who's name is the same as a local river). Awful experience doesn't even begin to describe it..The other dental clinic treated me terribly! I'm so incredibly happy that I found this gem of a dental office! Cannot thank them enough for treating their clients with respect. I had Dr. Austin and he was funny, understanding, kind, and gentle. Thank you guys so much, this means the world to me!

I think they revamped. Management is spectacular, the front dest now superior, Dr. Thakker is the best, her assistant stellar, had some work done with absolutely no pain. A tremendous team with quality care. Much needed in the Native community!

Receptionist who answered the phone was Very unhelpful and asked right away if I was on a tribe council and when I said no she told me no appointments were available and she couldn’t guarantee me that there would be in the future. She kept trying to refer me somewhere else.

NARA Dental is the #1 reason why I am finally headache free. Plenty of Dentists told me I was fine without having my wisdom teeth removed. However, Dr. Wineland took the time to listen to me and helped develop a plan (along with one of their amazing Dental Hygienists) to get me to total Oral Health. Long story short, they're an awesome team and I will be a patient here as long as possible because they make it a great place to choose.
