This place is an absolute scam. The Yelp reviews are spot on! CHECK YELP! Despite my diligent dental care and regular 6-month checkups, they falsely diagnosed me with periodontitis. They took an excessive amount of X-rays (over 25), causing significant discomfort and making me gag for at least 10 of them. It got to the point where I told them I was done taking X-rays. The dental assistant had to "ask the dentist if it's okay to stop taking X-rays." I replied, "I don't care, I'm done taking X-rays." The dentist then pushed an unnecessary treatment plan, including scaling with bacterial decontamination (laser), a periodontist consultation, and two crowns (one I was aware of). The periodontist consultation would only come after I did the scaling, which seems backward—shouldn't that have been done first to get their medical opinion? When I requested a regular cleaning instead, I was told they had to "ask the dentist" if it was permissible. They finally "allowed" me to have a complimentary basic cleaning, but there wasn't enough time left since the first part of the appointment took over 1.5 hours, and I had to leave for another doctor's appointment. So, I would have had to come back another day. All of this, and not even a basic cleaning, was done. I left with an outrageous out-of-pocket estimate of over $2,000 for unnecessary dental work. I’ve canceled all future appointments for myself and my family. We will never return.

I have never had a better experience at a Doctor's office let alone a dentist office. This place is so thorough from start to finish! I wish I had come sooner. Dr. Comejo was so nice! He went over the details of the condition of my teeth and what needed to be first priority. The person that deals with all the billing went over every single detail in front of me before anything was charged. No hidden fees- no surprises . The hygienist was so sweet and gentle as well as Sasha- the girl who did my x-rays . I was so blown away with the service they provide I kept saying it- that are so organized and together. I have to have oral surgery next week and I could not feel any better. Normally in the past I had to be referred to another office for something like this. They do everything you need here at this office. That was very surprising . Thank you so much to your team for all that you do. I truly appreciate your whole office!!!

Very satisfied with my visit. Dr. Camejo and Soleidy were so kind and informative during my entire appointment, they explained everything they were doing and were attentive of me the whole time. I felt the doctors took their time and cared about my wellbeing throughout my visit. I appreciate that Helen went through all the details and prices of my exam and procedure, and she was very friendly! I loved that I was able to get a same day cleaning and inlay on my first visit.

I like most people are not that excited about going to the dentist. The professionals at Naples Smile Dentistry made my visit so comfortable. Their technology is unbelievable. Everything is geared to not only fixing your dental issues but to keep you relaxed. I had 2 crowns and they did them the SAME day as my first visit. Yes, they have an in house crown machine. No idea a dental practice good be so easy and efficient .Thanks again to all the staff

I received two route canals and two crowns. The root canals went well but the two crowns were very rough. While they did try to smooth the two crowns, they are still unacceptable. Also, in February of 2024 I decided to switch dental insurance companies and signed up for what's called belated enrollment. Long story short, Naples Smiles Dentistry refused to bill the new dental insurance claiming that they can only submit claims the day of service. So, I am stuck with a bill a received from the old dental insurance company. The new insurance informed me that all that has to be done is for the claim to be resubmitted to them and that they will take care of it. This Dentist will not resubmit the claim and could not care less. Be careful when choosing this Dental Practice.
