The Doctor was very thorough and professional! Explained everything to me. I was extremely nervous for my root canal but I walked out feeling confident. Definitely recommend going to see him! Staff was very nice and helpful too which you know can always make a difference in your overall experience.

Where do I start? From the reception desk to the assistants and the doctor, friendly, professional and very very knowledgeable. I had a root canal retreatment and the doctor explained possible causes for the retreatment, his plan, and of course what could go wrong. During the procedure, he explained every step and educated me on the cause and the treatment. Educating me was the best part of the procedure because it showed he cared and he is truly a subject matter expert. I wish he was a general dentist but would HIGHLY recommend. Oh, and if you're nervous about getting shots, he's great with distracting you. He even explained where he was doing the injections and why. Excellent service.

Listen, no one wants a surprise root canal, but if it's gotta happen, it should be with Dr. Elasaad. He'd done a scheduled root canal for me in November 2023, but then I was absolutely knocked on my butt with mouth/tooth pain at the world's worst time: late in the evening, on a Sunday. I couldn't get through to my regular dentist, but texted Dr. Elasaad and he promptly called me. When I texted him in blinding pain at 2 a.m. he wrote back as soon as he could to come when they opened. I was at the door at 9 a.m. and 90 minutes later walked out, finally relieved due to an emergency root canal. I don't know how many things they had to move around to do that, but I have never been more grateful to a doctor and staff for being so accommodating. He takes the time to explain everything he's doing and while root canals aren't like, comfortable, he is so skilled and quick that you just kind of trust the process. Thank you so much, Dr. E! I owe you.
