I have been with Naperbrook dentistry for about 2 years now. Earlier I used to get appointment reminders but recently they have stopped sending reminders. Due to not getting any sort of reminders, I ended up missing my appointments. On calling them, the receptionist behaved very rude. She very rudely mentioned to me that reminder service was a courtesy service and it was OK for them to not send reminders when they get the appointments booked couple of months ahead of time. They send bills for missing the appointment but cannot send reminders. Such a bad service experience. She asked me to write my appointments on the calendar very rudely and even agreed for me to change my dentistry immediately. I would not recommend this dentistry to anyone.

Hi, As the Office Manager that Trvl is referring to in his review I feel the need to clarify a few points. First, I am an EMPLOYEE of the corporation that owns NaperBrook Dentistry. I was instructed to charge and collect a 3% Supply Fee that was calculated on the total charge for dental treatment. This fee was implemented to partially cover the exorbitant increase in supply and sterilization fees charged by our vendors due to COVID. Those fees did not disappear once COVID was brought under control. Additionally, due to contractual restrictions with dental insurance companies, our office was prohibited from increasing fees. When patient Trvl was informed of the $3.00 Supply Fee he became incensed and belligerent. He used vile and ugly language when addressing me which is a fact he conveniently chose not to include in his review of NaperBrook Dentistry and staff. Once that type of language is used I do make it a policy to terminate conversations at that point. Eventually, Trvl received a refund of his $3.00 Supply Fee charge as he had escalated his complaint to our corporate office. I had no problem refunding his $3.00 but I did have a problem with his cursing and swearing at me. As is office policy, offensive and insulting language directed towards a staff member is grounds to dismiss the patient from the practice. EDIT: I am glad that trvl has found the practice in Oswego to be a better fit for his dental care.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Lynn the office manager was very helpful with helping navigate an insurance issue. The appointment was prompt and thorough. Dr Hydrai is personable and offers excellent guidance for dental health. Have recommended a family member who was also very satisfied.

ALERT!!! This place is now charging a $3.00 supply fee for all patients effective August 1, 2022 AFTER your appointment is done. When I asked the manager (Jerilyn) to explain why this was occurring when my Delta dental coverage covered it 100% before. She became rude and corrected me with how I pronounced her name then proceeded to tell me she only works there when I asked to speak to someone why this was implemented. She then hung up on me. What a true professional. What next with this business? During COVID they were calling it a COVID fee which I can somewhat understand but now they are calling it a fee to offset the cost of my supplies for my appointment. WHAT??? What is even more concerning is they do not tell you about this $3 fee until AFTER you have your appointment. They do not even give you a receipt. When I did ask while I was in the office the receptionist did not answer. They never gave me a receipt either. Guess I know why now. The staff are embarrassed they are charging a $3.00 fee. Guess I will be finding a different dental office for my entire family. NEW UPDATE: I now recieved a letter from the Naperbook dentistry office manger (Jerilyn) who told me "I suggest you seek dental care elseware" so I called there office and they stated they refuse to treat both me and my wife. WOW talk about arrogance. I found out my dentist that works at Naperbrook dentistry also has his own office outside Naperbook dentistry so I have moved there. I then have found out many people have left Naperbook dentistry for similar reasons. They even have some of the old Naperbook dentistry staff as they moved away too. I could not be happier. The new dentist office is close and very friendy. Just a dream. You may want to consider looking also.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Salma Hydari! She did such an awesome job, was super efficient, and had such gentle hands. My husband and I both had appointments with her and we both felt really pleased with the way our teeth looked and felt after our appointment. She will definitely be our family dentist from now on. Also, the office was nice, clean, and professional.
