After visiting four different dental offices in Cape Coral and Fort Myers in search of a dentist who would truly listen to me, I finally found Dr. Gonzalez. He was the first dentist to be completely honest with me, treating me with respect and supporting my treatment goals without pushing unnecessary procedures. His professionalism, paired with his calming personality, has made a significant difference in easing my dental anxiety.

The fake smiles they give you at the door won’t give you the smile you came for. The painful process of getting partial dentures and then receiving them over a month later after being told a week. I can understand some delay but nobody tried to reach out, I was the one calling constantly trying to get information. When I did receive them they tried to charge me double from the price I was told. Three weeks later two teeth came out. I called them, the doctor was busy that day so I went the next day to the office early in the morning. The receptionist treated me horribly. I was trying to get an appointment with her but she kept playing games saying I needed to wait until they had an opening. No dates or times were provided. They needed to fix this immediately and back their promises and products so I demanded a date and time. Oddly enough the next day had an opening that I guess she pretended just appeared out of thin air. That day came, they fixed the dentures. Great, or so I thought. A month later, it happened again. Obviously their products are of horrible quality but I called to see what could be done. When I showed up to the office this “Doctor” Eduardo Gonzales told me that he refused to do anything else and to figure it out myself. This place will take your money and run while laughing in your face. They are so happy to see you at first because they see a fat paycheck. If you want to be royally screwed over then be my guest. All these paid reviews by others are to hide the truth. Lesson learned. If you want quality work then stay away from here.
