Extremely thorough! This is by far the best dentist I have ever visited. All of the staff were extremely kind and patient from the moment that you walk in. The dentist checked not only the health of the teeth, but the health of the soft tissue in the mouth and gland as well. He also allowed me to express my concerns and ask every question that was on my mind. The location is extremely clean with spacious patient rooms and they utilize new technologies.

What a great dental experience! Everyone was so friendly and took the time to explain everything that was going on. I really appreciate that Dr Owen took the time to explain his logic/reasoning and to answer all of my questions. Also, I learned so much from both him and Randy the hygienist. I'm a huge fan of treatment recs based of current evidence based practice and everyone really went above/beyond to explain everything. Just an overall great experience from beginning to end! Would highly recommend.

Where to start, this place is like going to see a pushy car salesmen. I show up for my first cleaning and they say your amount due is $42. I asked why as my insurance usually covers cleanings. It’s for fluoride they said, I had not approved nor asked about it so I said I didn't want that. That should have been a red flag. Then they told me I needed a sleep apnea study and all this additional work. I only agreed to get a filling. I schedule an appointment for that when I show up they say the amount due was like $800. I was shocked, but asked what that amount included. It was more than the filling. It included a vitamin tray (which I had already said no to) and a night guard (which I had said no to as I already had one). Again I had to push back and say no I just want the filling. Then they sent a bill one month after saying I had a balance due. I asked what it was for. They explained it was what insurance didn’t cover. However, cleanings are covered and I paid out of pocket for the filling. I had to push back on that. Plus I had the most painful cleaning experience and it was the worst cleaning I’ve ever had. They actually scared me and I’ve never had anxiety going to the dentist. These people are pushy salesmen and it’s very uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

I love the friendliness of this office, in every department, & the professionalism. There’s great communication & the dental work itself is as close to perfect as it can be. They truly care to do great work. My latest appointment was for my 6-month checkup & cleaning. I can’t say enough about my hygienist, Randy. Such a nice guy who puts a patient at ease in the chair. He does a very thorough job, makes helpful recommendations, & cares enough to get to know you. His touch is gentle so you don’t leave sore or uncomfortable. And Dr. Soni came in to check X-rays, do an oral cancer screening, & just touch base. Great guy with such a friendly demeanor & great sense of humor. Again, makes a patient feel at ease which means a lot at a dental appointment! I’m so glad I found this office & can say I truly highly recommend it.

I moved to Colorado Springs roughly one year ago. My 8 year old son and I have been going to Dr. Olson since our relocation here. Our experience with My Dental Co has all been positive. The office is homey and welcoming. The front staff are organized and kind. The procedures rooms are comfortable with TVs for kiddos and music playing. The dental staff is kind. Dr. Olson is knowledgeable, professional, soft spoken, and listens when I ask questions. Overall just a very welcoming dental office.
