Mountain State Oral and Facial Surgery

I am not good with dentists in general as I am claustrophobic. I needed a jaw tooth pulled and was referred to them by my regular dentist. I had an 11:30 apt and I was home by 12:30. They were awesome! The whole staff was pleasant and gentle. They made sure I knew what was happening and was ok. I had no pain after the numbness wore off other than a little tenderness right where the tooth had been. I definitely will use them again in the future. Recommend highly to everyone.

This was the start of my journey with Mountain State. Two teeth extracted in route to implants next year. The extraction step was professionally done. No wait time in the lobby, staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Explained the process and the cost. The surgeon knew what he was doing. I didn't enjoy the day ... I had 2 teeth pulled out of my mouth ... but Mountain State did a good job.

Went for a wisdom teeth removal. I had so much anxiety for this appointment but as soon as I went back, the workers were all so kind and talked to me the whole time so I knew what to expect. Dr. Henderson was very kind as well. It was a great experience. Thank you all for your reassurance, support, and patience. I would 100% recommend this facility to others who need services.

My experience with Mt State Oral and Facial Surgery was definitely a positive experience. I had worried so much ahead of time but was so relieved to have it over so quickly with no complications. Dr Henderson is so skilled and was able to complete the procedure quickly and without any problems. I am so thankful to have it behind me. Am also thankful to Sara, the assistant who was such a calming presence. The entire staff was wonderful

I was nervous about getting a tooth extraction but from the time I went into the office I was greeted super friendly at the desk n I started to relax. The dentist and dental staff were extremely helpful, courteous and informative! The dentist couldn't be beat! He let me know everything as he went along. I was totally relaxed thru it all n that's important! Thank you MSOnFS!!

Went for biopsy for husband. No preparation, stabbed with (likely) Novocaine needle. This was incredibly painful for my husband. No topical numbing pre-injection. In and out very quickly. Then, to get biopsy report was routed to the "nurse" extension. On 2 separate days, the surgical tech routed me back to reception, with no explanation or information by the tech. Finally, after asking specifically to talk to the nurse, was put through to nurse, and, after put on hold, was given results. Major lack of empathy and compassion from all staff contacted for patient/family awaiting biopsy results. Downright unprofessional. Seems to be a practice focused on shuffling people through quickly, with an emphasis on payment. Beware!

From the time that I walked into the office of Mountain State Oral and Facial Surgery I felt welcomed! The office was very bright, extremely nice and clean. The music was playing, patients in the waiting area were singing and talking to one another. Every employee that I came in contact with was very nice!! I'd recommend this facility for all of your oral and facial surgeries.

Excellent facility & staff. Everyone from arrival to discharge was professional, kind & caring. Dr Henderson is always so kind & an excellent surgeon. I'll never want to see anyone else. I received excellent care pre, during & post op. The followup call the same day to inquire how I was doing was so kind. All questions were answered & my phone call was answered promptly. Thank you
