Mounds view dental made me feel seen, heard, comforted, and cared for. The team works really well together, and makes it enjoyable to be getting your teeth looked at. They find the best plan, and care for yourself. They listen, and pay attention to your every need, and expectations. Very satisfied with my visit. Thank you so much.

I'm writing to reiterate my disappointment with my recent experience at their place on May 31 appointment. The dental hygienist was good, but the front desk's service fell short. If I could give a negative review I would definitely do! Specifically: - Unexpected $1,000+ procedure cost not disclosed beforehand - Impolite and inexperienced front desk representative - Unresolved $100 deposit refund - Unfulfilled promise to check insurance coverage for a custom teeth guard - No follow-up email regarding insurance coverage or refund status After scheduling my appointment, the front desk representative assured me that: 1. I would receive a refund check for $100. 2. She would investigate insurance coverage for a custom teeth guard, supposedly superior to those found at Walmart or Target. However, I have yet to receive: 1. The refund check 2. Any update on insurance coverage for the teeth guard 3. A follow-up email regarding either matter This lack of follow-through has eroded my trust. I hope they would address these concerns, review the office's communication policies, and provide better training for the front desk staff. I email them not too long ago, STILL NO ANSWER. What an irresponsible place! So not recommending to go there at all.

It’s always a great experience at Mounds View Family Dental. Our family has been seeing Dr. Sharara and his skilled team for 15+ years and have always been treated with dignity, respect and professionalism. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new dentist to stop in and check out their new state-of-the-art space and make an appointment with them. You will not regret it.

Terrible experience. The people here don’t seem to know what they are doing. It was a very awkward and uncomfortable experience. They told me they 100% accepted my insurance, kept me in a room for over 2 hours during a very disorganized appointment and then told me they are going to send me the bill because they guess they don’t actually accept my insurance. I verified before and after the appointment that it was covered. This place is weird do not waste your time.

Moundsview Family Dental has been my dentistry for over 10 years. I lived in Moundsview when I started going there. Since then I have moved quite a ways away but, I stayed with Mounds View Family Dental driving the distance. I am greeted by my first name when I walk through the doors. The staff are genuinely kind and friendly. Dr. Sabry and his physicians genuinely care about your health and well being and its shows up in their work and work ethics. Highly recommend Moundsview Family Dental.
