I have had one appointment with this office so far, it went astoundingly well! I have a lot of dental issues and sensitivities, and this doctor made me feel absolutely comfortable & made sure I didn't feel a thing when he pulled 2 of my teeth at the same time. When he said "We're done!", I was thinking "That was it?!?!" It's probably the only dentist I've walked out of with a smile on my face- the teeth he pulled had been bothering me for over a year and my previous dentist refused to do anything except for milk my insurance for deep cleanings every 3 months. The doctor here has an excellent, no-frills bedside manner- I didn't get asked a hundred questions about how my teeth got the way they are or hear doubts about my oral hygiene. He just got to work & began to fix my issues, and we've got a game plan for further work. I can't wait to see what they can do for my smile!
Honestly the dentist was really nice and one of the hygienists. But the Dental assistant that was helping was rude and didn’t understand that I just have a lot of sensitivities and anxiety with my mouth. Moving on, I had an insurance change since I last saw them, and was planning on updating it when I came in for my appointment. They sent me a message telling me I needed to call them to update my insurance while I was working. Two hours later one more text saying my appointment was just flat out cancelled. When I called to update my insurance they had already given my appointment away. In a matter of 5 minutes. I won’t be going back.
i’m literally tweaking out rn….today i was eating and my whole healing cap came out. i called the office and couldn’t reach them so someone from a call center answered and said give them 24 hrs to give me a call because they don’t have nothing available on they end and the office may have something asap. i called more than 5 times to see if the office would answer and they didn’t. i kept explaining to the ppl how urgent this is because now i have hole in my gums and im not gonna be able to eat or nothing, and it might close up so that’s gonna be more drilling they may have to do. i am also 6 months pregnant and still get sick if i don’t eat so me not being able to eat like i want to makes me so sick. i just got home and looked in the mirror and what do you know, the hole that was once there is now closed up which was one of the things i was afraid of happening because now they have to drill into my jaw again. again im 6 months pregnant and i already hate going to the dentist as is but im trying to be more healthy since it’s literally been years since going or even being able to find a dentist that accepts my poor people’s insurance. i love the dr i really do, he works really hard i honestly don’t know how he does it but he’s able to work a multiple patients at once and still manage to get done quick. i love the dental assistants as well they are all thorough with their work. if the front desk area answered their phone im pretty sure the dr could’ve squeezed me in and put the healing cap back on before the hole closed up.
The Dr was professional, friendly, clear, answered all of my questions, and laid out a treatment plan that was easy to understand. I can't tell you how much I appreciate all of that. And, I didn't even have to wait long at all, in and out, everything done, with follow-up and instructions.
Went to be seen there back in the beginning of the year. They sent me to oral specialist to get some teeth pulled. After that procedure. I went to talk about getting some teeth replaced. Went back they gave me a dental plan to go along with but we had to wait to hear from insurance company. Called every few weeks kept being told that they still hadn’t heard anything. Kept being told that they would call me as soon as they heard something. Last time I heard from them was back in June. I’m still waiting for someone to call? They haven’t even called and reached out about my 6 month cleaning
