I am continually impressed and appreciative of the service I receive. Dr. Michael, Lindsey, and Ashley have taken care of me since this practice opened. They have kept my mouth healthy, and they are extremely efficient which I appreciate so much. I highly recommend this practice.

As always a great visit at Mortenson in Clarksville. Lindsey is a wonderful hygienist and always makes me feel comfortable. I never feel sore when I leave like I have at previous dental offices. She’s very thorough and gentle. Dr. Michael was great as well! He listens if I have concerns and is very professional yet personable. I met Josh at the front desk for the first time today. He was very friendly and made me feel welcome. I think he’s a good addition to an awesome team.

Elizabeth was a great hygienist! I didn’t feel anything and she was super thorough. Definitely would recommend her and the entire office!

The service I received was very timely. I had a few concerns especially since I am currently 8 months pregnant, but both the doctor and nurse were able to reassure me that everything was fine and that a lot of what I was experiencing is due to my pregnancy and my past wisdom tooth surgery. They were very kind and informative. The reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I arrived 30 minutes early due to the fact that I had to take an Uber, and I didn’t want to be late. I was not allowed to wait in the lobby since they weren’t open yet & having a meeting. Understandably so, however, I believe that it should’ve been stated when I was making the appointment that I wouldn’t be able to come inside until 9AM. Also I was told that I would be getting a cleaning done during that appointment but the doctor said they shouldn’t have told me that because they were just checking me out for the concern that I had. Luckily they were able to make me another appointment for the next day.

Had an absolute nightmare experience here. Had a tooth extracted after chronic jaw pain. Pain persisted so I scheduled a follow up. The dentist and dental assistant were very rude to me while I was there, in a way I couldn't quite put my finger on. It's like I caught them both when they were extremely angery, and they decided to take it out on me. The dentist looked at my mouth for about 2 minutes and then said I need 3 teeth on the bottom extracted and 1 on the top and then stormed out of the room. They then wrote this recommendation down on my notes. Obviously having so many of my (what i thought were healthy) teeth removed is not ideal, so I sought a second opinion from an EENT. Shortly thereafter I had a follow-up with an EENT, where they discovered my jaw pain was due to a antibiotic resistant throat infection. They put me on a combination of meds and the issue was solved within three weeks. They did not require that removed 20% of my teeth in order to do this. To be clear, these people and by extension anyone supporting them professionally are absolute monsters.

Worst experience of my life. The dentist comes in barely speaks,gives zero feedback,pulls teeth with what I assume was a wrench,walked out and said nothing. No instructions I was not given a chance to ask questions no bed side manner,just very unprofessional hurry up to the next room to get more money. Within a few days I was experiencing more pain then ever in life. Went to a different dentist and the hack job Dr.Michael Dick (appropriate name) did caused major infection and inflammation and will take weeks for my mouth to heal. Most traumatic,uncomfortable,painful and now embarrassing experience I have had with any dentist/doctor in my 52 years of living. I would NEVER recommend this man or the woman who helped him. She was equally as rude,and just wanted to rush me thru and out the door. This review is about this Mortenson location and dentist only. The other location I went after this has been fantastic. Dr. Dick pads his pockets while ruining ppls lives and doesn’t seem to care even a little bit.

Lindsey is a wonderful Hygienist- sooo good!! !!The whole staff is great! Can’t forget Dr. Mike, he is Awesome!!
