My first time at this dentist. I liked the hygienist and the dentist. I felt at home and relaxed with the staff. Getting in touch with them was easy, making the appointment was easy and interacting with all staff members was a pleasant experience. They indicated they only use nitrile gloves, if you have a latex allergy, you can ask about the dental block and any other items that are usually an issue. My wife is going to test that out as she has a latex allergy. The office gives me a Florida vibe, which is pretty cool since we just moved from SE Florida.

Dr . Powell is amazing . Had a tooth extraction done by her & she made me feel so comfortable & took really good care of me . The front desk staff & dental assistants are amazing also .

I was a patient here back when Dr Zentgraf was the owner. Everything with Dr Z and staff was great and I received top notch dental care for not just me but my wife and children. Somewhere along the way Dr Z retired and Morrison Dental Group bought his practice. Well the new owners seem to care nothing for their patients and do not respect their time. Almost every time I would make an appointment, they would send a text stating my appointment was scheduled for a specific date and time which I put on my calendar. Then sometime later, I would receive a text stating it was moved to another date and time without ever checking with me. This was an ongoing issue with their practice. I went for a check up and they had to take X-rays 3-4 times because they didn’t turn out. I paid for Zoom teeth whitening, and at the end they were supposed to make trays for periodic treatments. They never did, nor did the give me the gel for these treatments. I had to make another appointment and fight to get what I had already paid for. Every time I had an appointment, I would pay my balance in full. I left this practice over a year ago and today they reached out stating I owed over $300 from a visit in January 2023 and July 2023. Again, I always paid my balance in full when I left. Even more egregious is that I had an emergency where I needed a root canal. It was Sunday morning and we reached out to the on call dentist to hopefully get something for the pain and the dentist told us he was calling in a prescription to our pharmacy. Well several hours went by and the pharmacy said they had not received anything. We called back and NO ONE ever returned our call. I was panicked because the pain was so severe. The pharmacy was closing in about an hour so we reached out to my primary care doctor and he immediately sent a prescription and I was able to get some relief. I called another practice and they fit me in immediately that Monday, gave me some stronger meds and set me up with an oral surgeon. These folks cared nothing for their patients based on my experience. Not only did my immediate family leave, but my extended family left as well.

I've been a long-time patient here (30 years?) before Morrison Dental, back in the days when Dr. Zentgraff owned this practice. Since Morrison Dental bought the practice I have a different hygienist and dentist every visit. This month my appointment was moved once (no hygienist on Fridays), after the move the office has contacted me every day for the last 5 days either asking me to move my appt again...after they confirmed it. During the last call I canceled my apt and will find a new dentist. Very disappointed!

This is the best dental practice in town. Excellent customer service and care. I can tell every person in that practice cares about their job and patients. I am so pleased with my experience and cleaning today. Thank you.
