Previously a good practice but on Sep 5th 2024 I had a horrible experience, I received the absolute worst treatment. I am 57 years old and never have I felt such pain at a dentist, even after several shots of Novocaine the pain was intense, the assistant that treated me was passive-aggressively rude and condescending. I do believe it isn’t always the employee’s fault, but why take out company frustration on your customers? Did not have proper records. I do have advanced Gingivitis and periodontal disease, this however was supposed to be a simple cleaning. I have had a deep cleaning done, there was no need for all the digging! The assistant did proceed with a deep periodontal cleaning, yet had only 1/2 hour assigned to do the job... There is no way this can be done, it was supposed to be a simple cleaning hence the 1/2 hour! Of course this meant the assistant only did half the job, literally only half my teeth got cleaned. Then after suggesting I get on anxiety medication the assistant walked out. A dentist did come in, reviewed a few things and then they set up an appointment for me with a periodontist. Of course I still got charged full price. I found a new dentist on the 13th, and when they asked Morrison for my records they only had about half and they were all old records (which does explain why the assistant had no clue as to my dental condition…) My new dentist re-did the cleaning, they inspected all my teeth, took all the x-rays (which Morrison should’ve forwarded no questions asked), was attentive to my needs and without any numbing agents was able to complete the entire process with only minimal discomfort… I’ve been going to dentists regularly for well over a decade, I am not stupid, I know about how much discomfort should be involved and the Morrison experience was top of the discomfort chart. Further interaction in regards to the billing was fruitless, these people are a real piece of work. I would NOT recommend this practice for your dental needs.

My wife had a tooth chipped. She scheduled an appointment for it to be fixed. The dentist did fix it. Within a week while she was having breakfast the tooth chipped again. NOTE it was bread, eggs and ham. All the fill in came off, unbelievable. She scheduled again for it to be redone. Unfortunately, the job was NOT done well. The tooth fill is worst than the chip. We call to speak to the regional manager. Front desk clerk stated there is no direct number for the regional manager. Please fix this situation. My wife is unpleased with this job done. She is frustrated everything she eats. She is fearful to see the same dentist again.

My family and I have been going there for almost 5 years now. The first two were fine, but nowadays you see a completely new staff every time. A lot of times, they are not very friendly. Appointments get rescheduled frequently, and billing has ALWAYS been wrong, every single visit. After our last appointment where my daughter and I were told we both needed a filling. we decided to have that done at a different dentist because the newest one at Morrison was condescending and rude. At the new dentist, they were not able to find any cavities at all!

This is primarily about my hygienist today Christina (I’m so sorry if I forgot your name again I got it wrong. I’m terrible with names). She was very compassionate and explained everything very well. She did a great job and it was one of the most comfortable experiences I’ve had at the dentist in quite some time.

Highly recommend not using them for you dental care. They do not treat their employees well so there is a high turn over rate and the quality of care suffers for the patients.
