Montefiore Dental Clinic

The veteran staff is wonderful but they’re seriously understaffed. They haven’t had a hygienist since summer of 2022. Unfortunately you have to call numerous times to make appointments. It will take at 3-6 months accommodate that one appointment and if they do not have availability. You have to call back because they don’t do appointments 3 months ahead.

TERRIBLE! They never pick up the phone. The receptionists always have an attitude. I called while being in the clinic and they don’t pick up! They let it ring. DON’T waste your time booking an appointment here.

This is the best dental facility that I have ever been to...Everyone here is very professional, and they see to it that you are taken care of in a timely manner.. The whole office is very clean and cool and comfortable…In each area, I didn’t want to get up. And unlike some of the dentists that I have encountered that move too fast and don’t care, the dentists here are very caring,- they listen, they’re nice,,- so you don’t feel afraid, and most importantly, very knowledgeable.

Dentists DO NOT LISTEN! I got a fill in for a tooth that was messed up before, despite my previous dentist telling the Broadway dentists THEY CANNOT FILL THIS TOOTH IN ANYMORE! It will get infected and it will need a root canal! And that's exactly what happened! I got it removed a few months ago because my face absolutely blew up and pus was leaking out of it! What the hell???

DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT HERE. I’ve called 9 times and no answer. It’s always leave your name, phone number and a brief message. They are rude and do not care about their patients. Horrible place.
