My initial consult at Montchanin Implant Center was like I died and went to heaven! From the moment I was greeted at the door I felt cared for and seen. The folks there must have known I was a little nervous but they made me feel important and answered any questions I had. I was taken into the exam room and did not wait long for Dr. Keller to arrive. He took a look at my X-rays and took a look at me mouth and then carefully explained what he thought was best for my treatment. Dr.Keller made me feel at ease. I could tell he was very experienced but he was very “down to earth.” Dr. Keller was confident and gave me hope for a very good outcome. Afterward Dr. Keller left, I talked with Nicki to schedule my first treatment and we went over details of everything again in great detail. She took her time and made sure I understood all the details. I never thought I’d be looking forward to having an extensive procedure over several visits, but I am leaving so full of hope that wasn’t there when I arrived. Thank you, Dr. Keller, Nicki, and all the staff at Montchanin Implant Center!

I was looking forward to my appointment with Dr Keller and his warm , inviting staff . I hadn't seen them in a while, and it was lovely to see them again. The procedure they are planning for me will be perfectly accomplished because they are ultimate professionals in every sense, from the moment you enter the office to the moment you leave. I'm not anxious because I know I will be taken care of with kindness, attention, and most of all with ultimate professionalism and skill. I could not have asked for a better referral! For a person who just the thought of the dentist cried - this office made all the difference. Every appointment at Montchanin Implant Center has been above and beyond. Each team member is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and Dr. Keller is extremely kind, patient and most of all very skilled. The whole process went smoothly and pain free!

Can't be more pleased with how my Implant Surgery went. Dr. Tibbs and her staff did an excellant job coordinating my care. They made every effort for my comfort and took great care of me during the surgical process including a necessary tooth extraction. I was nervous going in, but they put me at ease with their caring attitude and professionalism. Could not ask for more. On the first morning after surgery, no pain. Would highly recommend Montchanin Implant Center for the level of care they provide.

Im going to write a review that I wish I saw before my appointment in hopes to help others. If youre going in for an extraction and nervous, dont be! This place is so welcoming, all the ladies are kind and helpful. The extraction process was quick and I personally did not feel the numbing needles as you get a pre numbing gel before that. It was quick and painless, I drove myself home after. The doctor will follow up with you the next day to make sure you are feeling okay. The scheduling is precise and they make sure to have follow ups. Great place and I love telling others that I go here. Time for my implant!

I visited the Montchanin Implant Center on 11/19/2024 to get a dental implant and a Wisdom tooth removed, from the moment I entered the office until the time I left, the atmosphere was very pleasant and welcoming. Doctor Tibbs and the Dental Assistant Kate, were great! Both Dr. Tibbs and Kate were very gentle which helped to reduce some of the anxiety I was feeling. I definitely recommend this location for your periodontal needs.
