Our 5 year old was nervous to go, but Dr Caffall did a great job making her feel comfortable. He has a cutting edge dental laser, he didn’t even need to numb her. She loved going!

I had a great experience as a new patient at Moment of Tooth Dentistry. The staff were all engaging and pleasant to talk to. The hygienist was gentle and very nice. Dr Cody Caffall was friendly, straight forward and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. His introductory price brought me in the door, but the Dr. and his staff were why I am going to go there to have my restorative dental work done. I highly recommend them.

My son has very good insurance but was told he was out of services. Called our insurance and they stated that wasn't true. I paid up front for him. Requested a quote EOB from the insurance but still wanting for them to file with our insurance. So far we are out almost $2000

Dr Cody & Staff are nice, however if you’re unable to pay the full amount of service your made to feel as though you aren’t credit worthy to make payments. I understand it’s a new office & haven’t established a financial rapport with their clients yet. I made it very clear during my initial visit that I did not have the funds to pay upfront but would make payments. I was assured it would not be a problem however, the day that I went in to start my treatment plan, I was expected to pay $1100 upfront, the staff went to the back, had a meeting, then came out and began stating how they needed to make sure they had my Social Security number and a debit card on file. They accept care credit but my card wouldn’t work. I called my credit card co & was told my card was active & funds available. The office staff was supposed to obtain some # or access a website then call me back so I could try to pay again & schedule a new appt. Instead I was called & asked if I figured things out w/ my card. I was looking for a local dentist so I wouldn’t have to drive to Phx to see my normal dentist but it didn’t work out. I ended up making an appointment w/ Dr Tim & paying almost half of what I was being charged at MOT Dentistry for my 1st visit. Be patient, they’re still very new & getting acclimated on how things are run in office. But if your looking for a good dentist at half the cost i recommend Healthy Smiles in Ahwatukee, Dr Tim is amazing.
