Very professional and caring staff and team. They walked me through everything and made sure I understood all of their procedures. They were able to answer all of my questions and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the process.

So far - so good. Dr & staff all very welcoming. Office was tough to find (Old McHenry v McHenry) - Navigation had trouble resolving…tripped up because of similarity between the two inputs. Anyway, all went well!

My third year with modern dentistry and always feel welcomed. Dr. Dong is very professional explaining everything and Jenny is knowledgeable keeping my teeth clean and healthy. Overall very good experience.

The staff is thorough when you go in for a cleaning. Some of the hygienists are more gentle than others (my teeth felt clean but also ached for hours). The whole staff is very knowledgeable and take the time to explain what they find and what it means for your oral health. And they don’t mind if you ask questions either. Not the kind of practice where they make much small talk with patients, which may or may not be someone’s personal preference.

Pleasant experience. Beautiful waiting room, feels cozy. Jenny Jung did a great job, was thorough, quick, and informative about my gum health and services they could provide.
