Honestly, PERFECT. I brought my daughter one day with questions regarding her treatment. They explained everything thoroughly and every visit I had here I received nothing but over the top good vibes. I wish I came here as a kid. Now, a year later, she has completed the first phase of her treatment. I would definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends. Thank you ?.

We got there in the afternoon. Must be the reason for no parking in the lot. We parked on the street. We met with Christina in the lobby. She was very polite. Then we were greeted by Cecilia. She was nice and courteous. The doctor was very professional and informative. Nancy was very nice and helpful with the financial part of it. So it didn’t sting to much. Thank you all for your help.

The staff and doctor are amazing. This was my first time in their office and I was very nervous because of how much the procedure would cost. The appointment went well and the doctor was very thorough in explaining everything to me. There was also another women who was so nice and explained everything so nicely that I was able to understand. I’m so thankful I was referred to this orthodontist because they were so helpful and kind through the whole appointment.

I am writing this review in hopes of the Owner / office manger seeing this. I called today 9/3/24 at around 2:35pm to get a price range on adult metal braces. Lorie is the name they gave me who was the person I spoke with. She was so rude and unprofessional and hung up on me mid sentence. She told me they don’t do price ranges/ quotes over the phone which is very sketchy. I worked at a dental office 5+ years in Beverly Hills and have always provided price ranges over the phone to potential new patients so they have an idea if we are within the price range they are seeking. Most dental offices are independently owned therefore price ranger really differ. As I was expressing to lorie that she didn’t have to give me an exact price quote I was just looking for a range as braces vary on a case by case bases she hung up on me. Due this poor customer service they have just lost out on 3 new patients needing braces. Hope managemt and the doctor properly train her or move her to the lab area where she can sterilize instruments and have zero contact with patients seeing how good customer service is not a skill she possess.

The most amazing staff! Extremely professional and kind! They accommodate my busy schedule and always welcome us with a smile. All 4 of my girls love coming here and especially seeing Dr Babayan!! The BEST!!

This place is a miracle, it’s cheaper than the other orthodontics, it has this cool doctor and sweet nice people that work there. I really recommend it and I have cousins that go to this place too and we are all mostly about to finish with our treatment for our braces and we are shocked that the time has been fast that way our smiles can be perfect.
