I came to MINT Dentistry with my friend, who has a serious fear of the dentist and hadn’t been in decades. She finally worked up the courage to come, and we were hoping for a welcoming and supportive environment. Unfortunately, the service we received—especially from the front desk—was so bad that she vowed never to return.From the moment we arrived, the receptionist, Lamar, was dismissive and completely nonchalant. My friend was visibly nervous, and instead of offering any reassurance or kindness, Lamar acted like we were inconveniencing him just by being there. There was no communication about the process or what to expect, which only made her anxiety worse.After waiting for over an hour with no updates, we were told that they couldn’t perform the procedure she had specifically booked for because they were "too busy." When we asked why no one had informed us earlier, Lamar’s response was cold and dismissive. This lack of empathy and professionalism was shocking, especially considering how much courage it took for her to even come in the first place.The experience left my friend feeling embarrassed, frustrated, and more scared of the dentist than ever before. I’m incredibly disappointed that this office, which should prioritize patient comfort and care, made her situation worse. If you or someone you know is nervous about going to the dentist, this is absolutely not the place to go. A truly awful experience.

I came in for a routine cleaning then filling. Mind you that i experienced no pain in my tooth prior to the filling. After the filling my tooth was worse. Either they left out an exposed nerve or dug too deep I’m not sure. They exhausted my insurance then referred me to an orthodontist to fix the problem because they didn’t want to fix it. Needless today they didn’t even inform me of the costs. I wouldn’t recommend my dog to visit here. I never had any issues or pain in my tooth. They knew they messed up but couldn’t be honest . Don’t work on people mouths if you don’t know what you’re doing. So inexperienced it’s sad .

I had a scheduled appointment for a cleaning . When I arrived i was wowed with the atmosphere of the location I immediately assumed my visit would be great . After getting X-rays completed and the Dr. Completing my exam o was told that i would now be waiting for the hygienist to come and do my cleaning and a plan coordinator to go over my treatment plan . I waiting patiently for 45 mins in the chair. A lady come over and advise me to go the front and bring my things . I advised her i haven’t got my cleaning she advised they would need to schedule it . Im upset because i was told my entire visit i was getting a cleaning that i scheduled an appt for and now I’m being told I’m not after sitting and waiting for 45 mins !! Very unprofessional !!! They need to focus more on customer service !! Will never go to this office again
