Shari is absolutely amazing. She’s super nice and concerned about your comfort and concerns regarding any dental issues. I also like how she explains things to where you understand why they need to do certain things. I would highly recommend Mill Creek Dental.

I had a front bridge put in. I was super anxious about the process. They made me as comfortable as possible. The Dr's are great, the front desk is great....but Kris, she is amazing!! Making miracles happen. Thanks Everyone!!

Are dentists office the new car lot? After going through a treatment plan and finally deciding on something that was somewhat affordable, or more like, something I could afford. After my insurance covering $2500, my end was $20k. I paid the $20k and right at the end of my treatment, well over a year into the process, I was told that my insurance wasn’t covering $1,100 of it and that I would need to pay it or they wouldn’t continue with my treatment. This was over a year into my treatment. My insurance should’ve been used up in the prior year so it sounds like they were trying to charge more than they disclosed to me. After getting a copy of my records, I noticed there were a lot of insurance denials due to them trying to charge too much. Either way I paid them $20,000! They’re going to halt my treatment over $1,100. Seems like a tactic to get someone so far along in the process they have no choice but comply or risk not getting the treatment they paid for. Either the dentist gets way more than what was initially agreed upon if you don’t pay, or them getting a little more than what was agreed upon if you do. Right up there with car lots and lawyers.
