I wouldn’t recommend this dentist. I had a crown done through them and whoever took the mold didn’t do it right so I had to come back TWICE to get it refitted. The crown has been hyper sensitive for the last year since I got it done so I got it checked by a different dentist. New dentist came to find out that the crown hadn’t been sealed all the way so my old tooth had been exposed and that’s what was causing me pain. So now I’m 3k deep into keeping this tooth thanks to Midtowne’s lack of care and attention to detail. For basic fillings they’re probably fine but anything more intensive I would just go somewhere else.
After 25 years my bridge finally came loose. I don't live in Springfield. My dentist now was kinda shocked that my bridge had held up for so long. My dentist re cemented it and it feels like it fits just like it did when Dr. Wyman put it in. If it holds for a while longer hopefully years , Anyway if you need bridge work I highly recommend Dr Wyman and thank you Dr. Wyman after 25 years I think you deserve a great review
He is a very outstanding dentist! No pain an really does know what he's doing! I will be seeing in in the near future! You will be very happy you went though him for dental work..
I want to caution anyone who comes to see this dentist. I had the worst experience. He has the worst bedside manner, especially for patients who have anxiety toward dental work. I went in for a post-op appointment because of a tooth I had extracted a few months prior. I am having some bone sticking out of the gum and it is causing me discomfort. I didn't like how the dentist was talking to me or going about the situation, so I informed him that he did not have a good bedside manner. He then proceeded to place his hand on my wrist and loomed over me asking in a demanding way what he was doing wrong. I told him to get his hand off me and to take a step back. After that, it escalated to him yelling at me "Get out of my office and don't ever come back!" Even the nurse in the room looked shocked by his words. I left the office crying, not just from the pain in my mouth but from the lack of care from the dentist. Do not go to this dentist, he will not take care of you, and what little care he does have will leave you in tears. I would also like to mention that the manager only wanted to say that she was sorry about the situation. It doesn't seem like they are all too concerned for their patient's well-being. I strongly recommend going to a different dentist!
Poor poor customer service and scheduling. Poor communication and training for front desk. I broke a crown and went in for an emergency visit. Set a follow up emergency appointment for early on aSaturday morning to decide on how to fix the tooth. Scheduled the appointment at the office before I left. Showed up Saturday morning and they had cancelled my appointment because I did not verify my appointment?? They had both my phone and e-mail wrong. So, she cancelled my emergency appointment and cleaning, and scheduled another person in my time space. Then she walks to the back and proceeded to talk about me at a volume I could hear her, blaming me that my number and email were wrong in their system. Very poor experience and I would not recommend. Big thumbs down from me.
