The best dentist I have ever seen! Relaxed atmosphere and thorough.

My son went there and had a root canal n 3pieces of a filler product they used were in there n he ended up with an abcess and had to have them taken out n antibiotics put in for 2 weeks, to see if the infection will go away.

From the moment I walked in to the second I left, I knew this would be my new favorite dentist! I was a new patient and It didn’t take long to fill out paperwork or to get me back for my cleaning. I had Kelley as my hygienist. She is super nice and friendly! She seemed to really love her job and knew her facts! She engaged in good conversation with me throughout my whole visit. She, along with the doctor, helped me with a tooth that I chipped and was super insecure about. They also discovered some wisdom teeth that I didn’t even know about and tackled that issue right away. I also loved all the compliments I was getting about my teeth! I HIGHLY recommend this place for anybody! Experiences like this make me excited for my next appointment!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. As a new patient they got me in quickly, the staff is helpful and friendly, made me feel welcome especially since I haven't been to the dentist in several years. They made me feel so comfortable!! I highly reommend Triax Dental! They are my new dental home !

I am guardian to my special needs sister, age 62. She needed extensive dental work. Luckily, someone told me about Triax Dental in Nashville. All the employees were knowledge, gentle, understanding, and so very nice. Very bad experience in the past kept me from getting my sister the help she needed because I didn't know where to go for help. Much guilt rested on my shoulders. I am so relieved to find this practice! Dr Sarah Pasch was amazing! Highly recommended!!

The dentist and hygienist I worked with were fine. No real complaints. However, I get a new bill in the mail almost monthly telling me I owe some fee that wasn't covered in my last visit (although I haven't had a visit in almost one year). The most frustrating part is, you cannot call the office and speak with anyone. When you call the office, their automatic messaging continuously redirects you to their website. I would love to be able to actually call and speak with someone, especially when I'm trying to schedule an appointment and clarify this new ",mystery" charge.
