I absolutely love how helpful and nice everyone is here. They have made my kiddo feel so comfortable without overwhelming him. They explain everything step by step so it eases his anxiety. I highly recommend Meyer and Dana!!

I have enjoyed my experience with Dana Meyer. I am impressed with the Invisalign braces! I am progressing very rapidly with them. Staff has been very polite and answered all of the questions I have had.

Communication about everything is below standard for the amount of money that you pay and your insurance pays. Last appointment I had a half hour wait time for my appointment then said they would get me in earlier for the retainer fit but that was just to get me there earlier to wait another 20 mins. They had a whole first meeting that was great and then literally never spoke to me about what “phase” my child was on again. My other child was given the most hillbilly looking retainer. I did make the mistake of not making him wear it during the day because it was frankly embarrassing. So I will apparently have to go through another phase of braces with him now. I should attach pictures of the Halloween retainer he was given. It might scare people from going there. I did like that initial meeting because they worked with me on finances or so I think. They did at times work with me on appointments as I have a 3 hour drive to go there for 2 kids for 2 years. But realistically for the money that I spent I feel my experience should have been much better.

I have 2 kids getting treatment, and we have been so impressed with the level of professionalism and care they have received. The staff is always welcoming and polite, and the whole office is such an inviting atmosphere. Highly, highly recommend!
