Metrowest Family Dentistry: Dr. Alan Heap DDS

It was recommended a crown which was done. I had so much pain that a root canal was done. Which was not completed due to not being able to complete for 4 months. They would not schedule sooner. When I returned he said it had been to long. Then recommended pulling that tooth along with the one next to it. I wrote to the Florida medical about his incompetence and requested my medical records from his office and haven’t received response. I also asked Better business Bureau for help regarding my records again no response from his office. I have had major problems ever since having work done with this dental office.

Dr Heap, Susi , Karen and team at Metrowest Family Dentistry are fantastic. I have gone to Dr Heap for many years now, and each time I walk into the office, there is always a great welcome and great care! Thank you for the many years of excellent service

For me, visiting this group of professionals is like spending time with old friends! Yesterday was no exception. As I told Dr. Heap, Jorel, my dental hygienist has changed my life with his solid recommendations, meticulous approach to caring for my mouth and his gentle encouragement! My teeth have never felt or looked better! I’m so glad my family can always trust and rely on this team of kind, knowledgeable and caring individuals!

I was a first time patient and won’t be back, the cleaning felt like a torture. I have never left a dentist feeling that uneasy about a dental cleaning the guy touched everything with the gloves on and kept texting ?…. As soon as I walked into this building there’s a horrible smell it’s unwelcoming , the smell alone had me nauseous and gave me a headache I thought that was the worst part but it only got worse with the cleaning done to me, The only reason I came to this dental office was because Elegantly Dental is no longer in network if not I would have never changed dentist…. I highly doubt I would be back to this place. I’d say reconsider and go elsewhere.

I’ve always been skeptical of any Dental place, I’m super scared of dentists, I’ve never had too great of an experience, but this time, I have to say best dentist office I’ve ever been too, great bedside manner, patient and knowledgeable. Instead of walking out with dread I walked out with a smile, would definitely recommend to anyone. I felt like they actually cared for my fears which was awesome, I’m so happy I came to this office.
