The worst clinic. Neither the doctors know how to work, nor from the reception, how stupid they look at you, no one knows anything. I went to Dr. Seams, he made my teeth terribly, very rude, they made me wait for 2.5 hours in the cold, there was an appointment at 9:30, they waited until 12pm, they didn't call, they asked 1000 times, they left. The doctor filled the teeth for 20 days in a row, he was sick, he did it wrong. I do not advise anyone, they do not want to work, some stupid specialists work.

*edit* two weeks after this horrible non-experience these people continue to call and harrass me!! leave me alone, as i have said on the phone to you before! these reviews are a mess and i understand why! the front desk woman with the red scrubs and long pony tail was EXCEPTIONAL and KIND. this is not her fault. but i was not treated, i sat in the waiting room for two hours and then was told that the doctor had actually left.

Really love my dental care here! Everyone from the x ray tech to the dentists themselves were excellent with great bedside manner & knowledge. The dental hygienist was fantastic (I believe his name is James? Or starts with a J). He was SO knowledgeable that I thought he was the dentist. He took the time to answer all of my annoying questions (which floss/toothpaste is best? How to remineralize teeth?) and educated me on so many things. I’ve never had a dental hygienist who was this great!! Dr Schuster did my mouth guard (for teeth grinding at night) and he was very personable, knowledgeable, and awesome all around. As a (non dental) healthcare provider he educated me on everything he’s doing and even explained the awesome 3D scanning he was doing for my mouth guard which blew my mind - no more gross goopy molds like the old days. He gave me specific recommendations for products beyond just my mouth guard concern, and took the time to explain everything. Super kind and personable. A few coworkers with the same dental insurance have been looking for a dentist and I recommended MDA to all of them because of how great my experience was here!!!

Disrespectful and slow. These people don't know what is up or what is down. The dentists hide in corners not speaking to anyone and the manager is extremely disrespectful and rude. Please avoid coming here. A small private practice is way better than being here. They are NOT pregnant friendly at all. Please AVOID THIS PLACE!!! DO NOT GO AT ALL. Front Desk staff are amazing. Dental assistants are horrible. Manager disrespectful and horrible. Dentist hide and are NOT helpful.

Very disorganized with their scheduling. Had a representative call me on 8/21 at like 5:30 PM to change my appointment on 8/28 because the hygienist was not available that day, told them I was not able too because I took time off from work and it is difficult for me to take off, they said they understood and that they were going to leave my appointment as it is. Come 8/28 and I call before heading into the office to confirm my appointment and the lady from front desk tells me that I “missed” my appointment and that I do not have one today. I’m obviously pissed and I tell her that when I was called and they tried to change my appointment I did not consent, and that I wanted to keep it the same day and time as scheduled. She was not helpful, told me they were fully booked and that there was nothing she could do. When telling her I even had a card that someone from the front desk wrote it, she said to bring “this card” to the office and that they would see what they could do. I honestly do not find this fair and necessary, as there is no need for me to lie about having an appointment and I have records of them calling me to change the appointment.

I just called for an appointment, and they already sounded rude, so I won't be showing up for an appointment, seeing the negative reviews from other people. I cannot stand a place that gives you an appointment time but doesn't keep their end of the bargain when you show up on time. These places should not be rewarded with customers.

BEWARE !!! ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. This place can only be as the pits of the hottest part of hell. For starters, when you call, you will either be immediately placed on hold to listen to classical music for over 20 minutes, or you will simply be hung up on. If you finally are able to speak with a human representative please be aware that you will be greeted nastily the staff they have working in this dentist office are disgusting. Now for the bait and switch. They will say anything to get you in the office. Literally anything even going as far as lying about what your insurance is willing to cover just so you can get in the office. I was told over the phone that my insurance covered for an extraction of a tooth that has been giving me extreme pain since my initial appointment in May. I was told that the tooth would be extracted today and I had nothing to worry about and to come in for my appointment. It felt too good to be true so I should have known that once I arrived, it would be a disaster. I arrived and was made to do x-rays again despite them having my x-rays from the prior appointment however, I did not oblige. After my x-rays a longer waiting process in there waiting room just to finally getting back room and wait longer. I was informed by the doctor that he would not do the extraction without an additional commission that needed to be paid by me. The dollar amount went from $1900-$500 in less than three minutes. I also recorded this conversation because I could not believe that I was in negotiations with my Dentist. It felt as though I was in a car dealership, haggling for the best deal. Ann and the doctor exchanged looks throughout this negotiation process to see which dollar amount I would agree to paying that day so that they could enjoy a commission. I did not agree to pay anything upfront for a procedure that my insurance 100% covers. I ended up leaving the office in the same amount of pain if not more than when I arrived. Save yourself the time and the stress and please go elsewhere. Do not take Keisha’s pleasantries over the phone as niceness as she is the top contributor to the commission process. She is a snake cool say anything for a dollar. She takes commands from her white bosses, as if she is a slave on the plantation. If you are not prepared to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket in commission for the staff to enjoy do not come here.
