Metro smiles Archer location is by far my best experience overall. From front desk Ana to especially Hygienist Tracy that understood the situation I was in and without hesitation explained and solve the matter. Thank you both.

The dental hygienists were nice but Dr. Tsaliagos was very mean and rude. He lacks the skill of making a patient feel comfortable especially when it comes to an anxious squirmy child. He did nothing to make sure my toddler was calm and comfortable during her appointment. If he’s going to continue to take young patients he should ensure that he is able to properly handle nervous children to ensure a successful visit. The way he grabbed my toddler by the face and repeatedly told her not to touch him was exceedingly brutal. My child is traumatized!

Kayla was outstanding. I had lost hope of getting my teeth fixed due to financial instability, but she showed grace and introduced me to the payment plan I didn't know existed. Others had told me I would need the money upfront, but Kayla guided me through the application process, helping me set up my account and receive the treatment I needed.

Dr. Kayla is truly amazing . She is very gentle and caring who goes 100% beyond with her patients. She listens attentively to her patients and meets all the needs of her patients.

Kayla did a great job on removing my dental plaque with my deep cleaning sessions! Were really accomodating around my schedule.

My experience getting my teeth cleaned here was great very quick and fast . I don’t know how to floss just yet so this was very helpful for me .

Unbelievable, they are changing me almost $400 over of what it supposed be. Now I have to wait till i don't know how long to fix my problem. My recommendation is do not let them take the money automatically from you bank and always keep track of the payments.
