We had been going to this office for years without issue. My husband went in to fix a filling that had failed over time. From the moment he walked in the door they were so incredibly rude and dismissive. They accused him of trying to use an old insurance card when it’s clear they didn’t even check it. The card he showed them was the exact same current info as what they had on file and IT WORKED!!!! The dentist was interviewing the temp hygienist while completing the filling which is so impressively unprofessional. They were surprised he was willing to show them an ID. It’s clear they assumed he was a homeless person trying to get free stuff right off the bat without any proof or specific reason to think that. He doesn’t look homeless. We’ve been going there for years. After this there’s no way we’re going back. The old staff was great. The current staff doesn’t seem to know how to properly interact with people. They’re horrible. All this for a service that costs $300 before applying insurance.

Crowns are never fun. The team was quick to task and get it done! I was delighted when they offered me stress balls to help me stay focused on something else during the procedure!

Actual dental Assistant and Dentist, 5/5. Reception- 1/5. Dental Assistant and the dentist were informative, responsive, understanding and overall exactly what I would expect. Receptionist is rude. Ask about the bill? Not her problem. "Ask insurance". Ask about her about the appointment that she scheduled with you AND SENT A CONFIRMATION FOR, "I don't care, you aren't in the system, don't show me your phone.". Despite the fact I have a confirmation from her showing the date and time. She is a poor replacement for the individual you had months ago. Why bother having someone who is literally paid for customer service if they can't do that basics of customer service. She does a disservice to your office.

I appreciate how quick you got me in to see the new Dr. He was very friendly and forth coming with his previous work history. Everyone is very friendly and competent.

I'm doing restoration on a few teeth, Dr. Gillette is awesome and the young ladies who assist him, are wonderful. They really know what they're doing. Very happy with them.
