This business completely wasted my time! I left work early to do a consultation for services. They never told us there was a charge for the consult when we made the appointment and most places do a consult with no charge. I left work early for this appointment and couldn't even be seen! This is totally unacceptable. These people wasted my time and that of my wife! I lost work because of their neglect to tell us they're was a fee. If you value your time, RUN!

Don’t waste your time here. I took my appointment for periodontal checkup three weeks before and gave all my information to the front desk lady. On appointment day front desk lady told me that we are not accepting new patients. Why she didn't tell me when I was scheduling my appointment. I got gum bleeding and I explained my situation to the lady but she didn’t care of me. Be careful guys with this clinic, they are extremely unprofessional.

I am impressed with Dr. Koning's ability to clarify my issue and give me options regarding my oral surgery decisions. She encouraged me to call her with any further questions or concerns.

All of the staff and the surgeon were great and I have no complaints about how they did removing my teeth, but I do have a couple of other frustrations that I will mention: 1. They never answer the phone. I’m sure they’re super busy and they have a lot of business, but it’s really frustrating to have to leave a voicemail and have to wait a day or two to hear back. They are always super helpful when I actually talk to them, it’s just hard to get in contact. I would rather have to sit on hold for 15-20 minutes than have to wait a day to hear back. Maybe it’s a staffing issue, I’m not sure. 2. They have a hard time getting IVs in. I was under the impression that general anesthesia was standard procedure for wisdom teeth removal, but when I mentioned that was what I wanted to do, they let me know that they sometimes had trouble getting the IVs in patients and some people had to reschedule because they spent the whole appointment time trying to get the IV in. I haven’t ever had trouble with getting my blood drawn or donating blood, but they did take 3 tries to get the IV in for me. I know not everyone will get the general anesthesia or might have “better veins”, so it won’t be a problem for everyone, but it was added stress for me because I wanted to go under. 3. I felt like the instructions and follow up were a little vague. They gave my mom a sheet and little other instructions, then did a follow up call a couple of hours later. We missed the call and tried to return the call with questions, but they never returned our call. There also wasn’t any mention of dry socket to my knowledge, and while it is something widely known with teeth removal, I would have liked to have gotten some more information about what it is and how to avoid it as well as when the window for risk is. I felt like the first couple of days I was googling everything to make sure my symptoms were within the normal range and that I was allowed to do certain things or not. Again, my experience wasn’t bad, these were just some of the things that if adjusted would have made my experience better.
