Metro Dentalcare Chaska

I love the Chaska metro dental care. They had some major work to do in my mouth. Chipped front teeth, 11 cavities(don’t ask). They completed this in three visits. They are so nice and on time too! They work with our dental insurance. All around favorite dental office.

Excellent people! Each time I visit I receive exemplary work by friendly, professional, and congenial staff. Definitely one of the best dental clinics I’ve used. A+++ and five stars.

As a new patient at Metro Dental, I found it to be the most EXCELLENT dental experience I've ever had from the front desk staff, to the techs and dentist Dr Alvi.. best experience in customer care, examinations and the procedures. I was referred to Metro by my daughter, and now I know why - they are magnificent!

Always running late. I've been to this dentist about a half dozen times. Every single appointment they're running late. Even when it's the first appointment of the day. I understand that there are sometimes there are emergancies that can disrupt the schedule, but this seems to go beyond that. Even when they take you back on time, there seems to be 30 minutes of sitting in the chair waiting for the actual dentist to get to you, long past any time needed for an numbing. Hygenists seem to do a fine job.

I came to Dr. Alvi’s office after seeing multiple dentists. I haven’t had the best previous experiences with other dentist and found it difficult to find a dentist who doesn’t have an ‘aggressive’ approach. I have to say that he is truly one of the best that there is. He is the perfect fit for someone who truly hesitates, or doesn’t like going to the dentist. He is caring, kind, and conservative of your teeth. I am so thankful to a hygienist friend that that gave me his referral, his reviews speak for themselves. You are in exceptional hands here. Thank you Dr.Alvi and you’re team for providing top notch services to your patients!

On August 14th, 2024 I had an appointment scheduled for October 14 (two months ahead) it was on a Monday because my wife I both have that day off. After having this appointment for over two months they call me on October 8th to tell me my appointment is now cancelled even though my wifes appointment for the same day was not. We explain we both have Monday off and need that day and are told my next available appointment will be December 14th! I understand things come up but how unprofessional to expect me to wait an additional two months. We canceled and will not be back.
