Mercy Care

I have been going to Mercy Care for over 7 years now, the service has started going downhill. I checked in and waited a half hour to find out that the person behind the check in didn’t even check me in SMH The over flow trailer, where they send you if there no seats in the lobby was filled with ppl. When I open the door and looked in I say I wait out side. It seem like the homeless where all in there

The doctors may be good. I don’t know. But the little girl at the fronts attitude is very disrespectful. She needs to learn how to speak to people with respect. Moving your hands and rolling your neck is totally uncalled for when dealing with people seeking help.

Jeremy Harper (Manager) & Shakeiria was a huge help to me during this time of need as I am homeless and they lead me to the correct medical assistant & other stabilizing resources thank you so much! As well as the facility was clean & the nurse at the door with locs was very friendly & welcoming!

This was a great experience. They have fairly limited services, but it was straightforward. I went in for stomach pain. They were able to secure an appointment very quickly for me. I paid a flat fee of $100 to be seen. Provided proof of income and home and they got me back in less than 1 hr and 30 mins. They moved machine like and everyone was extremely polite and respectful. The NP I saw was straightforward and helpful. She provided rapid diagnosis and got me a referral for a gastroenterologist. Overall a good experience and I would consider again if in need of immediate medical care.

Had a appointment with a financial counselor for dental..wasted 2 hours..had all the necessary paperwork needed. And was told they needed paperwork from the DOL..if you're not homeless or living in a shelter.. Mercy Care will not help you..if I've summit proof of income for my disabilities why do I have to submit paperwork from DOL?

I love this place! Everyone is so pleasant! Even when folks being nasty with them! It feels good in there! Like good spirited ppl!
