Medway Family Dental

Had a crown replaced recently at this practice. It was a great experience. The staff is extremely professional with wonderful attitude and personalities. I enjoy going to the office for all my cleanings and dental work. The whole staff, front office, dental assistants, and dentists are top notch and personable.

UPDATE Thank you for your reply and your offer. However, with all due respect, your explanation doesn’t align with my experience. Even if we assume you didn’t have my phone number during the first appointment and were unable to reach me (which I find unlikely), I provided my updated phone number during the call to schedule the second appointment. Despite this, I didn’t receive any call on the day of the same-day cancellation. Additionally, I received appointment confirmation emails for both appointments, so it’s clear you have my correct email address. However, I never received any cancellation email—yes, I checked my junk folder thoroughly. Finally, I confirmed with my emergency contact (my wife), and she did not receive any call regarding the cancellation either. If this had happened just once, I might chalk it up to a miscommunication. But since it occurred twice, it seems more like a serious lack of communication and a disregard for the client’s time. ------------ I had the worst experience at this dental office. I scheduled an appointment for a Friday, only to arrive and find the office closed. No one had notified me that they had changed their hours, and they claimed it was because they had the wrong phone number on file. I updated my phone number, but when I scheduled another appointment for a Friday after they resumed Friday hours, I faced another issue. The hygienist wasn’t available, and despite what the front desk person claimed, I never received a call or an email(on file) or called my emergency contact as they claimed. It’s incredibly upsetting and frustrating to drive from another town twice and not have my teeth cleaned. This office shows no respect for its clients. Based on my experience, the high online rating seems misleading because they do not live up to it. I don’t recommend this place…

My husband and I had a great experience with Christine and our cleanings. She had a lot of knowledge she shared on how to keep our teeth, healthy. Love the massage chair too! Nice touch?

Last time I went in to the Dentist (Medway Family Dental) l had my teeth whitened by Diana (Dental Assistant) who went well beyond professional and well beyond kindness, always concerned for my comfort ! Those are the things that count with patients and Diana does her job effortlessly and with great concern for your comfort. I am so grateful I found this great team, they are the best !!

Communication misstep with my appointment but the staff was very friendly & supportive. Dr Michelle is professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Recommend!
