The most empathetic, honest, and thorough dentist appointment I have had. I had changed because my other doctor continue to cause dental problems and then charge me for the repairs and sent me to expensive specialists. I was in tears by the time I arrived today (hugged by at least three wonderful women) from all of my previous experiences including being stuck with a temporary crown after reroot canal, yeah It got real complicated real fast with the previous dentists and insurance and threats of collection. But today I have schedules for them to fix it all within my insurance costs and scheduled appropriately so next year I can get the remaining work done, work that I was never told about or even promised before. I went home with Kleenexes, smiles and hope and a bunch of hugs and scheduled work and I am thrilled with my new dentist

We are new to town and found this practice in close proximity and highly reviewed. From the moment you walk in you feel comfortable and notice how cute and clean the office is! They were very sweet with my four year old and made her very comfortable for her exam. Looking forward to going back!

The compassion of this Dentistry is almost unbelievable. They truly care for their patients and people who are not yet their patients. Every staff member I met was so very kind. Thank you for making me feel special.

I went in as a new patient for a cleaning and check up. Haley did an excellent job! However, I was over charged over double what my E.O.B. statement from my insurance company stated. I was simply going to go somewhere else. But when I didn't respond to my next appointment reminder, I was threatened by another $50 overcharge for rescheduling... So I'm writing this review. Sorry, but I'm not going back, and I certainly wouldn't recommend

I now have 2 teeth in the back of my mouth permanently gone! Every time I went in for a cleaning and get measurements, Dr. Medley would tell the hygienist is was normal to have deep pockets around a bridge. I started having severe pain, long story short; I went and got 2 different opinions, both looking at me saying "Your dentist told you that!" They also said I should of been referred to a periodontist early on, and I'd probably still have the bridge. Now I'm investing thousands of dollars to fix a problem that could of been avoided ? I've learned the hard way, be careful who you pick for a dentist.
