This is the best experience we've had with a dentist office. Kendra is very helpful and understanding when it comes to the kids having anxiety, she talks them through everything she does along with showing them what tools she will be using. The staff up front is very friendly and so helpful. We will always recommend MFD!!

I don't think I've ever had a negative experience with Dr.Baker or any of her team. Her office team in particular is great at scheduling. My prior appointment was cancelled a few weeks ago due to snow and they put me at the top of the list to get me in as soon as a cancelation came up. I love the reminder texts I get as well as I can be a bit forgetful at times and they are very kind if I need to reschedule. Today, the girl who helped me (I think her name was Makenzie, apologies if I got that wrong) was super considerate of my time and even handled the payment for me so I could fit in a whitening and make the timing work with work. I felt like both the cleaning and whitening were super thorough and I really appreciate the care she took! I also got screened for braces as well, and the lady who helped me with that was super knowledgeable and fully explained my options and risks/considerations for both invisalign and braces. They were additionally fully transparent with me about their payment options so I can make a fully informed decision. Dr.Baker herself seems to really care about her patients and has always taken the time to make me feel welcome and ensure any concerns I have are addressed and questions fully answered. I consider myself lucky to have stumbled across such a great dentists office! Thank you for all you all do!

Great experience with our daughter! After some bad experiences with dentist office she was hesitant to go to another but Meadowview Family Dentistry went above and beyond to take care of her. Highly recommend.

Where to begin!? I started with this practice wanting a second opinion from my prior provider. Dr Baker assured me the work they were advising was unnecessary. I had one cleaning done and was advised for some x rays that would only be necessary “every 10 years” I went ahead and paid out of pocket somewhere around $80 after my insurance. That same evening, I got home and received a letter in the mail from Dr Baker explaining they would no longer be accepting my insurance. It would seem like a beneficial conversation to have prior to the X-ray since the letter was clearly mailed prior. Why in the world would I want to pay for X-rays if a switch to another provider was necessary in the future? I was also told that I had a filling lose which seemed true since I had some discomfort. I made sure to get this done before my coverage lapsed. I paid $40 after my insurance had kicked in. The filling itself after Dr Baker completed the procedure had to be one of the most uncomfortable sessions I’ve had during and after with a dentist. I felt gagged by the suction and the novicane did very little. After the filling was completed, I was hesitant to schedule another appointment due to the end of my coverage. I was assured by the office that they could run a pre authorization to see what (if anything) I would pay out of pocket. I scheduled a second appointment based on their confidence. Post procedure, I had extreme sensitivity issues and begin to avoid any liquids touching that side of my month for several weeks. It calmed somewhat but to some degree continued for several months which was a first for me. 2 weeks later I was called by the office and told I owed an additional $20. I was confused since my coverage was still valid. I could never get this explained to me. I was never able to speak to the same person. I paid the $20 but I felt very uneasy using this practice due to lack of transparency and common courtesy. I would beware for anyone to use Dr Baker.

I think Dr Baker is great and her hygienist are very sweet and thorough. Unfortunately the same can’t be said for the office folk and the little man up front who thinks he runs the show. Don’t waste your time going here unless you want to be on phone calls with your insurance after every visit. I listen to my insurance and what they tell me I am supposed to be charged. Also, this last visit my daughter had a filling done and I was told I had to pay for gas without an option. It gave her a terrible headache all day. They made me pay upfront even after I said it was too much and my insurance covered most of it. Well at check out they let me know I was right, it did. Don’t trust the front desk!! I just hate it for Dr Baker and the hygienist because my family really liked them!
