First of all the staff was amazing! They were so kind and nice which when you are going to the dentist helps relax you. I went in and had my set of xrays to see if I had any cavities and to determine the time of cleaning I would need which ended up just be a standard cleaning. Tiffany was the person who did my cleaning and it was hands down the best cleaning I have ever had! They also use warm water so that if you have sensitive teeth it doesn't hurt. I'm so happy that this office was highly recommended to me and finally found a dental office that is amazing!! I'm already recommending them to some of my friends?

Our family has been going to McKowen Family Dental for a least the past 32 years. We have always had excellent care!! Staff is always friendly and professional. Recently I was experiencing jaw pain right before we were leaving on vacation. The office worked me in immediately and determined I needed a root canal. They promptly referred me to a specialist who was able to get me travel ready. Dr Chris kindly checked back with me the next day to make sure I was taken care of before our trip. We would highly recommend McKowen Family Dental!!

I have super high anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. So bad that I haven’t been in a very long time. They made me feel extremely comfortable and did a great job explaining everything and what needs to be done at my next appointment. They take their time to make you feel relaxed and calm! Very grateful my coworker recommended them and how amazing they are!

I've been going to McKowen Family Dental for around 20 years. The staff have always been so personable, kind, caring and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend them enough. I feel like the genuinely care about my dental health, always answer my silly questions and help me understand how best to take care of my teeth and gums. If I'm still in Springfield by the time I have my own children, I will certainly be taking them to McKowen.

Jill is the best, kindest, most thorough hygienist I’ve ever met and Dr. McKowen is wonderful too! Going to the dentist has always been a source of anxiety for me but with their help it’s getting better. Everyone at the front desk is always friendly too which really helps set the tone for the visit for me. I’m so grateful!

Wonderful dental office, I have extreme dental anxiety but it has been a pleasant visit each time I come in, the entire staff is amazing. I am super picky and they were working with me through every concern I had.They did beautiful bridge work for me, I couldn’t be more grateful. Definitely recommend!
