I have been going McKinney Dental for over 25 years. Today Dr. Dan worked on the 3rd crown I have had from him. He and his staff are calming, and clearly explain step by step what they are doing. When I felt pain, they listened to me and gave me more stuff to numb my mouth, giving it time to take effect, before resuming work on my tooth. I appreciate that I can trust Dr. Dan and his staff with my teeth. They used up to date technology to get images of my tooth as they redid an ancient filling from my childhood that needed replacement. They truly care for me and make me feel respected and heard. I highly recommend McKinney Dental!

My dentist since I was a small child. I’m now in my late 50’s and I’ve constantly received the best care year after year. I still remember attending an appointment with the original Dr McKinney. He had just learned his son Dan had been accepted into Dental School with a goal of continuing the Dental Practice. Dr McKinney was extremely proud of his son but also relieved the practice he started would continue beyond his career. Almost every aspect of the original practice has evolved over the past 55 years. A different location, staff, equipment, and even the art on the walls has been updated. The one aspect which has never changed is the caring compassionate patient centered approach to providing dental care. Every staff member strives to make each patient comfortable, informed, and the central guiding force in their dental care. It’s also amazing to me that I’m not unique in the length of time I’ve been a patient. My father in law has also been a patient his entire life and now my 3 year old grandson is also a McKinney Dental patient! It’s comforting that in today’s constantly changing health care landscape, McKinney Dental feels like home
