McCabe Orthodontics

Our experience wasn't terrible until it got terrible. Dr McCabe instructed Denita to withhold dental records until a small balance was paid. I am so glad I didn't take that as what she said. Because come to find out it is absolutely illegal to withhold patient records. It's actually a HIPPA violation. I am curious as to how many people they had done this too. I wanted to leave a review just in case this ever happens to anyone else. IT IS ILLEGAL TO WITHHOLD PATIENT RECORDS FOR ANY REASON. When I called Denita, she call me the next day stating that she was sending the release. Always ALWAYS do your research! Thank you Denita!

The office is clean providing a pleasant atmosphere. Dr. McCabe is very nice and his staff members are very gentle. I wouldn't trust my kid's care anywhere else. He didn't want to install braces until it was the perfect time. No worries about a scam when doctors try to keep patients as long as possible. They are absolutely great!

It started as a great experience. The end result not so much. $5000 later and 2 years of wearing braces my bite isn't right. I was told the dentist would need to file a tooth down and stress causing bite change. That was 2 weeks after receiving my retainers. I go for my scheduled cleaning a month and the dentist says my teeth are excellent but I should go see Frigo or an orthodontist of my choosing because my lower teeth are flared out. My regular dentist wasn't in so they didn't realize I had my braces removed a month prior. My son and I went through at the same time. He smile looks great but his alignment is off as well. I do not trust to go back to McCabe. He brushed me off when I told him it didn't feel right. I wish I had left my teeth alone and used the money for something that was beneficial.

The entire staff is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual! Both offices are super clean and easily accessible. We have had one child complete his treatment and could not be happier with the results-two more are currently being treated, and we are already seeing great/beautiful results. There is never any pressure, and all options were presented and discussed in detail. I highly recommend McCabe Orthontics!

Dr. McCabe’s team are professional and so friendly! He and his staff are knowledgeable on the latest techniques. My family will definitely use him in the future; a beautiful smile is guaranteed!!! With multiple locations they are convenient for the entire Gulf Coast area. I highly recommend his practice and believe that Dr. McCabe is the best Orthodontist on the coast!
