The receptionist miss ollie was very nice and the hygenist was gentle , polite and did a great job. Was nervous at first but felt confident after i met Dr McMillan. I am going back knowing i will have great suscess with his expertise. He took time to explain the procedures i needed. Highly recommend him.

The staff is very friendly & polite. Dr. McMillan is very professional, yet charismatic. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years due to life hardships. My first visit in a long time was here and I was very pleased with the service. The dental hygienists was very patient with me and so kind throughout my cleaning. It’s very embarrassing to have a mouth filled with cavities and build up; however, everyone made me feel like I was a frequent patient—I was educated in a way that didn’t make me feel stupid, for lack of a better explanation. I’ve found a dental home and I’d recommend anyone to entrust this dental practice for their dental needs.

My cousin lives in orangeburg she went in June 2020 paid 450 dollars for a partial to this dentist office one month and a half later she never received her partial. She was calling the office no one never answered the phone so she went down there and told them she wanted her money back as of today September 11 she still never received her partial and was out of 450 dollars. They told her they would send her refund check in the mail and they took 150 dollars for a processing fee for something she never received. Not only did she not get her partial but they deducted 150 dollars. As of today she never received her refund check in the mail it has been 2 months now and she is out of 450 dollars and her partial she never received. I want this dentist and his staff know the legal proceedings have already been started On this practice you is a thief and u robbed her of 450 dollars and she never received her partial. Every time she called they told her it was in the mail it’s been In the mail for 2 months now what mailbox is it sitting in who does that?? Nobody have 450 dollars to just give away!! Every time u try to support black businesses they always seem to go left so you have warned ahead of time you are being sued!!! Did you think she was just gonna sit back and let 450 dollars go like that?? Born at night but not last night.

I will be going here from now on. I found this office by chance. After years of lack of dental care, this hygienist (I can't remember her name/"shoulder length hair) was patient and informative. I'll be honest I was deathly afraid to even go since it had been so long since I've had professional oral care. She gave me several options before proceeding. I knew I was just going to get in the chair and call it quits. But she used her skills and expertly applied her techniques and made me feel at ease. When the pain could have been a 10 she made it a soft 3. I will be going back. And she reminded me about flossing and proper brushing skills. "While you're watching netflix, just start hacking away."I've never heard it put that way. Humor and informative without being harsh. My family and I will be going back.

First time patient and pleased. Had my tooth extracted Thursday and was painless. Professional, quick, answer my questions, and did i mention painless. Thanks for great service. See you all soon.
