Mbrace Orthodontics

While vacationing in Maine from Atlanta, GA, I broke a wire that had been behind my lower teeth for 30 years when I had my braces removed. Through a friend in Atlanta, he referred me to mBrace. I called and shared my situation and had an appointment for the next morning to have the wire removed. Daphne was very helpful on the call and in the office. The office is so clean which I loved and I really enjoyed hearing the staff interact with the other patient in the waiting room (she was a bit nervous about her treatment). Dr. Mac Carthy was so kind and engaging. Plus she removed my wire effortlessly with ease. It was an unexpected but lovely experience. I meant to take a photo in the office because I was on vacation but only remembered to get the outside when I left. Thank you all and I wish you a great summer!

The rest of these reviews are from 3 to 6 years ago, so I thought I would add something more recent. I have a policy of not writing negative reviews if I have not first brought my concern directly to a business. This is true in this case. I have given them very unhappy feedback about feeling dismissed when I had questions or concerns. I suspect the majority of their patients are young teenagers who are unlikely to be taken seriously if they were even to speak up, I however am a middle-age women. Early on a whole line of my trays were misprinted and caused significant pain. I was treated like a whiny complainer and told that it was not possible that my trays were defective. Turns out they were printed incorrectly, they did apologize, but have continued to treat me like a 12 year old who is not a reliable reporter on their own mouth or body. I am not happy with the result of my $7,000 investment. I came to them with one issue, an uncomfortable bite. Two years later I have 2 new discomforts with my bite and when I say so, the response is, you are imagining this problem. My son also needed orthodontic work. We took him elsewhere and the entire experience has been without incident, in comparison.

We initially met with Dr. Meg, who spent quality time with us going over options explaining them fully. We were getting a 2nd opinion and felt that her recommendations were best for our son. He has now completed his treatments with great success, and throughout the whole process, it was a pleasure to work with both doctors and the entire staff. They are all so kind, knowledgeable and obviously passionate about their work. The office is also very clean, comfortable and modern... and we'll get to continue our visits, as our daughter is now a patient as well!

Love ‘em! So professional. Upfront about costs. Amazing results. Excellent bed side manner. My girl Crystal is the best! Dr. Meg you rock!

I can't say enough about the amazing staff at Mbrace. My son has been going to their office since 2016, and from day one, everyone at Mbrace has made both of us feel welcome and valued, even through challenging times! We have built close connections to the staff there over the past three years and trust them completely. They have truly helped change my son's life!

Hands down, phenomenal experience! From the moment you walk in the door you feel welcomed! The receptionist was quick to welcome us in and the appointment started promptly. Dr. Meg and her assistant Jodi were full of energy and explained everything in an upbeat way that made this a little easier on my teenager. The teen would shoot hoops with them any day!! The ENTIRE facility was extremely clean and did not have the dental feel. This office has a warm and cozy atmosphere with a simple yet elegant decor. We greatly appreciate MBrace!
