Mazzawi Dental Intown

I recently became a new patient of Mazzawi Dental. The customer service is excellent. The staff is warm and helpful. As soon as I walked in the door, the receptionist greeted me and checked me in. From check-in, my wait to see a hygienist was less than two minutes. That alone is distinct from other experiences with dentists and medical professionals more generally. I often find myself waiting at least 15 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time. Brittany, my hygienist, was professional and pleasant. Dr. Shirley, who is new to the practice, is personable and her dental work is exceptional. I had never needed anything other than routine cleaning at dental appointments, but broke a tooth so needed more extensive work to address it. Dr. Shirley was informative and made the process as comfortable as possible. She also followed up with me to ensure that my experience was positive and that I was not experiencing discomfort following the procedure. I am very satisfied with the results in terms of process and appearance. I highly recommend Dr. Shirley and Mazzawi Dental.

Dr. Mazzawi was thorough and friendly. My hygienist Erica made the cleaning feel like a breeze! What really stood out to me was the warm atmosphere right when I walked in the door. The person who checked me in, I think her name was Jenny, she might be the manager, she was so friendly and had a really positive attitude. She knew who I was before I even said my name. I highly recommend this dental office.
