Maxfield Orthodontics

We love Maxfield!! We were referred to them by my dentist. I have had 2 kids get braces w them. My kids love going to appointments in cottonwood bc the waiting room is so fun for kids. Their facility is clean and the staff is professional, so nice and so caring. Dr. Maxfield is also fantastic and very personable. Highly recommend!!

Been coming for quite some time. Staff is great unbelievably friendly and kind. They are so patient and explain things very well. Blake Maxfield is very competent and incredibly knowledgeable. There are several other family members in need of braces. Will definitely be coming back. So thankful for all that they have done for my family.

We went to 5 different orthodontists before we chose Maxfield Orthodontics. We have been happy with choosing them. They explained everything to us when we came in for the consult, and understood that we were looking at all our options before choosing an orthodontist. The entire staff is very friendly! My kids love the waiting area they have, and my daughter is happy with her braces! Definitely a great place to get your braces!
