I went here a few months ago and was happy with Dr. Escoto's advice and treatment plan. I do not have $6,000 for the TMJ treatment, so he offered ultrasound therapy and a new nightguard. They are not in network with any insurance, so I had to pay upfront and have my insurance reimburse me. I had the hardest time even getting through to create an appt. Shirley, bless her heart is a trainwreck. She literally just had kidney surgery or something and came to work WITH DRAINS! I felt to sorry for her, it was awful. The next week I came back for the nightguard and there was a new receptionist. I definitely know he is skilled and professional, his staff needs to get it together.

I suffered a very traumatic TMJ injury in late August of 2023. For 2 weeks I was in the most excruciating pain of my life. I was completely bypassed by other providers. Even after telling them I had suffered from facial trauma. These providers were trying to treat me for a ear infection there was never an infection. Thankfully my dentist listened to me and referred me to Dr. Escoto. He and his staff are phenomenal. I was seen the same day as a walk-in patient. Shirley saw how hurt, scared, and frustrated I was after 2 weeks of getting nowhere with the other providers. She assured me that I was in the best hands and I truly was. I appreciate Dr. Escoto and his team for helping me in my time of need. My healing journey from this injury has not been an easy one but I am getting there. I did have a few follow-up visits with Dr. Escoto but it has been a while since my last one. I plan on scheduling another visit with him real soon.

Alway great results and useful tips for oral longevity. Replaced all amalgam with state of the art ivory fillings with no problems after 9 years. Very cordial and friendly staff. Going on 71 yrs and still have all my teeth.

Excellent care, attention to detail, a skilled and conscientious artist in his field. He has been my dentist for over 24 yrs, has set crowns over the years, and blessed me by correcting my jaw alignment as a bonus. His skill is worth every dollar!

Please note this was a few years ago. I had great hopes of Dr Escoto helping with TMJ, he seemed eager to help then things took a turn. I will say he had a friendly front desk manager and additional staff. I spent over 5k for a dated appliance, didn't work. Not only did he continuously overcharge me, but then when I switched to another specialist he refused to give me copies of my charts with detailed explanations of treatment plan and cost. When I called office pleading to get my records, the front desk assistant suggested I flirt with him to get what I wanted. Do NOT waste your time here!
